Rwanda Development Board Chief Executive Officer Jean-Guy Afrika has held discussions with a Polish delegation on potential investment and cooperation opportunities in Rwanda.
The delegation was led by Marcin Sypniewski, a Polish member of the European Parliament, during a study visit to the country.
Discussions focused on opportunities across sectors of mutual interest, although RDB did not identify the specific sectors considered or announce any investment agreement arising from the meeting.
Sypniewski is a member of the European Parliament’s Committee on Industry, Research and Energy, which handles matters related to industrial policy, technological development, research and the energy sector.
The engagement comes as Rwanda works to attract international investment and build partnerships that can support private-sector growth and economic development.
Rwanda and Poland have previously explored cooperation in areas including critical raw materials, creating a foundation for broader commercial and investment relations.
