Kigali Paramount Hotel, located in Kicukiro District in Kigali City, has received a four-star rating from the Rwanda Development Board (RDB), marking a significant milestone in Rwanda’s hospitality industry.
The celebration took place on Saturday, where the hotel’s management and staff expressed their excitement over the achievement. The hotel, which was officially inaugurated just a year ago, continues to show remarkable progress and growing trust from its customers.
Staff members of Kigali Paramount Hotel said receiving the fourth star has motivated them to work harder and continue providing quality services to clients.
Tonis Mutoniwase (Guest Relations Officer) said “We are very happy that our hotel has received the fourth star. It gives us motivation to work harder, improve our service, and ensure that all customers who come here receive quality service,”
Shyaka Ben (Procurement Officer) said “This fourth star shows that our efforts and teamwork are paying off. We will continue working together to make sure customers are satisfied and receive the best services,” another staff member said.
The General Manager of Kigali Paramount Hotel, Simon Muhoro, said the four-star rating is the result of teamwork, dedication, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
He said “Today is a good day as we celebrate our hotel receiving the fourth star. This has been achieved through teamwork, dedication, and commitment among our staff to provide quality services. We are very happy to receive this star,”
He added “We assure our customers that we will continue to provide high-quality services. Being rated a four-star hotel means customers expect more from us, and we are committed to improving our service standards and delivering services that meet international levels,”

The hotel management says receiving the fourth star is a major achievement that reflects its commitment to providing international-standard services and contributing to the growth of tourism in Rwanda.
Kigali Paramount Hotel also revealed that it is working hard to further improve its standards with the aim of earning a five-star rating in the future.
