Imibare mishya y’ibiciro ku masoko iratanga icyizere ku Baturarwanda

Imibare mishya y’Ikigo cy’Igihugu cy’Ibarurishamibare igaragaza ko mu kwezi gushize kwa Kamena (06) umuvuduko w’izamuka ry’ibiciro ku isoko ry’u Rwanda wagabanutseho 2% ugereranyije n’ukwezi kwabanje, icyakora yerekana ko ibiciro by’ibiribwa bikiri hejuru kuko byazamutseho 20,4%, bivuye ku izamuka rya 22,4%.

Nubwo umuvuduko w’izamuka ry’ibiciro, wagabanutse, ariko n’ubundi ibiciro byakomeje kuzamuka kuko iby’ibiribwa n’ibinyobwa bidasembuye byiyongereyeho 35,6%.

Mu cyaro, ibiciro byazamutse ku muvuduko urenze uwo mu mijyi, kuko ho iby’ibiribwa n’ibinyobwa bidasembuye byiyongereyeho 39,8%; mu gihe mui mijyi byazamutse ku muvuduko wa 26,2%.

Iyi mibare isanze iyo mu gihembwe cya mbere cy’umwaka wa 2023 igaragaza ko umusaruro w’urwego rw’ubuhinzi wazamutse kuri 1%, ariko umusaruro w’ibihingwa ngandurarugo ugabanuka kuri 3%.

Imibare y’icyo gihembwe yashyizwe hanze muri Gicurasi 2023; Banki Nkuru y’u Rwanda yagaragaje ko ibiciro by’ibiribwa byazamutse ku rugero rwa 48.5%, bivuye kuri 50.1% byariho mu kwezi k’Ukuboza 2022.

Guverineri wa Banki Nkuru y’u Rwanda, John Rwangambwa yari yavuze ko muri aya mezi ibiciro byagombaga kugabanuka ariko ko ibiza byabaye mu ntangiriro z’ukwezi kwa 5/2023 bishobora kugira ingaruka ku musaruro.

Icyo gihe yari yagize ati “Dukurikije uko imvura yagenze guhera mu kwezi kwa gatatu, muri iki gihembwe cy’ihinga B, dukurikije uko abantu bari bahinze mu Gihugu hose; twizeye ko umusaruro w’igihembwe cya B uzaba mwiza, ariko ejobundi habaye ibiza mu Majyaruguru n’Uburengerazuba. Ubwo ni ukureba ngo ibi biza birahindura iki kuri ya mibare twabonaga y’umusaruro uzaba mwiza w’ubuhinzi.”

Nyuma y’ukwezi kumwe avuze ibyo; mu kwezi gushize kwa Kamena, Minisitiri w’Imari n’Igenamigambi, Dr Uzziel Ndagijimana na we yemeje ko imihindagurikire y’ibihe ikiri ikibazo ku musaruro ukomoka ku buhinzi.

Yagize ati “Hari gihe bidatanga umusaruro wari uteganyijwe iyo ibihe bitagenze neza, ushobora gukora ibyo byose, ariko haza ibihe by’izuba bikangiza umusaruro, cyangwa se haza ibindi bihe by’imvura itera imyuzure; nanone bikangirika, kandi ibyagomba gukorwa byose byakozwe.”

Nubwo ubuhinzi bucyugarijwe n’ibiza; Minisitiri Ndagijimana avuga ko uyu mwaka uzasiga ibiciro bigeze ku rugero ruri munsi ya 10%.

Ati “Hari ibindi bihembwe by’ubuhinzi bigikomeza, uko bizitwara n’uko ibindi bicuruzwa bizitwara; ni byo biduha icyerekezo cy’izamuka ry’ibiciro, ariko kugeza ubu, uko imibare y’uyu mwaka ibiteganya; ubundi tugomba gusoza uyu mwaka umuvuduko wagabanutse cyane utakiri imibare ibiri. Ubundi twategenyaga ko yaba ari nka karindwi cyangwa umunani ku ijana.”

Abashinzwe urwego rw’ubuhinzi mu Rwanda bavuga ko bafite umukoro wo kuzamura umusaruroro ku rugero rurenze 5%, ku buryo byatuma ibiciro by’ibiwukomokaho bigabanuka.
