Kigali: Ibiceri bya 100Frw byabaye idolari none ababikenera cyane bari kubigura

Bamwe mu baturage bo mu Mujyi wa Kigali biganjemo abacuruzi, bavuga ko ibiceri by’ijana (100) byabuze ku buryo kubona amafaranga yo kugarurira abaguzi biri kugorana ndetse ubu ushaka ibiceri akaba asabwa kubigura.

Abacuruzi baganiriye na RADIOTV10 bavuga ko ibura ry’ibi biceri, ryatangiye mu ntangiro z’uyu mwaka wa 2022.

Kimwe n’abaturage bagana aba bacuruzi, na bo bavuga ko umuntu ashobora kuzenguruka agasantere ashaka kugura ikintu ariko ntagihabwe kuko nta mafaranga avunje afite.

Umwe yagize ati “Wenda ugiye kugura biswi y’umwana uramuhetse, bakakubwira bati ‘zana ibiceri bivunje’, ukabibura bati ‘genda’, ubwo umwana aricwa n’inzara.”
Abahanga mu bukungu bavuga ko  uko byagenda kose ubwoko bumwe bw’amafaranga butabura ntacyabiteye, bakavuga ko Banki Nkuru y’u Rwanda ikwiye guhagukuruka igakurikirana iki kibazo.

Dr Fidele Mutemberezi ati “Ni ukuvuga ngo ugukenerwa kw’ibiceri kwarazamutse, wenda ntabwo bakongera ingano y’amafaranga ari gukoreshwa ariko wenda ibiceri bakabyongera inote bakazigabanyaho gato.”

Kugeza uyu munsi umuntu ubasha kubona ibiceri aba yakora ubucuruzi nk’abandi bacuruzi kuko abigurisha nk’ugurisha ikindi gicuruzwa, gusa abahanga mu bukungu bavuga ko mu gihe iki kibazo kitakurikiranwa bishobora kugira ingaruka ku bukungu  ku buryo ubucuruzi n’ibindi bikorwa byasubira inyuma ndetse bikanatesha agaciro inoti.
