Umunyamabanga wa Leta muri Minisiteri y’Ubuzima ushinzwe Ubuvuzi bw’Ibanze, Dr Tharcisse Mpunga yavuze ko umwana wo muri Karongi bivugwa ko yatewe doze ebyiri z’urukingo rwa COVID-19 icyarimwe, atari we wa mbere bibayeho ndetse ko hari n’uwatewe izirenze ebyiri kandi ko abenshi byabayeho, nta ngaruka byabagizeho.

Muri iki cyumweru, RADIOTV10 yakoze inkuru ku mwana wo mu Murenge wa Rugabano mu Karere ka Karongi bivugwa ko yatewe doze ebyiri z’urukingo rwa COVID icyarimwe, bikaba byaramugizeho ingaruka.

Umubyeyi w’uyu mwana, yavuze ko uyu mwana yatewe izi doze ebyiri muri Gashyantare ku ishuri ribanza rya Rugabano yigaho.

Uyu mubyeyi yavugaga ko umuganga wakingiye umwana we, yabanje kumutera doze ya mbere agahita abyibagirwa, ubundi agahita yongera akamutera indi, ariko umwana akabanza kumubwira ko yamukingiye ariko muganga akamubwira ko ari amayeri yo gushaka kwanga kwikingiza.

Yavuze ko nyuma yo guterwa izo doze ebyiri icyarimwe, byamugizeho ingaruka kuko yahise atangira kugira isereri akagira n’ibindi bibazo byo mu mutwe, bigatuma bajya kumuvuza mu bitaro binyuranye birimo ibya Ndera n’ibya gisirikare.

Uyu mubyeyi yavuze ko nubwo umwana wabo yavuriwe muri aya mavuriro yose, ariko n’ubu agifite ibibazo birimo kwibagirwa, ndetse kumuvuza bikaba byarabasigiye ubukene.

Ubwo yari mu kiganiro n’Itangazamakuru kuri uyu wa Gatanu tariki 23 Nzeri 2022, Umunyamabanga wa Leta muri Minisiteri y’Ubuzima ushinzwe Ubuvuzi bw’Ibanze, Dr Tharcisse Mpunga yagarutse kuri iki kibazo.

Yagize ati “Kugeza uyu munsi si we wa mbere waba utewe inkingo ebyiri, twarababonye benshi batandukanye, hari n’uwigeze guterwa doze zirenge ebyiri ariko kugeza uyu munsi ntawe twigeze tubona wagize ikibazo kubera doze nyinshi, kuko umubiri w’umuntu ufite ubushobozi bwo gusohora umuti umuntu yabonye mu mubiri we, cyane cyane iyo akiri na muto kandi urukingo nta ngaruka rwamuteye.”

Dr Mpunga yavuze ko ikibazo cy’uyu mwana batangiye kugikurikirana ndetse ko Minisiteri y’Ubuzima yohereje itsinda ryo gukurikirana uyu mwana kugira ngo hamenyekane ikibazo afite.

Avuga ko ibibazo bigaragazwa n’uyu mwana, bishobora kuba byaratewe n’izindi mpamvu ariko bikitiranwa ko yaba yarabitewe n’izi nkingo.

Ati “Hari igihe abantu bitiranya ibintu, hari igihe umuntu ashobora kuba afite uburwayi busanzwe cyangwa se n’ikindi kibazo akakitirira ikindi, na byo birashoboka.”

Umunyamabanga wa Leta muri Minisiteri y’Ubuzima ushinzwe Ubuvuzi bw’Ibanze, yavuze ko nyuma yo kumenya amakuru arambuye ku kibazo cy’uyu mwana, azatangazwa.
