Abanyekongo bakubye hafi kabiri Abanyarwanda bose bafite ibibazo byo mu mutwe

Minisitiri w’Ubuzima muri Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo, yemeje ko nibura Abanyekongo miliyoni 22 (umubare ukubye hafi 2 y’uw’Abanyarwanda bose) bafite ibibazo byo mu mutwe mu gihe ubuvuzi bw’izi ndwara bukiri hasi muri iki Gihugu.

Minisitiri w’Ubuzima, isuku no gukumira indwara muri Congo, Dr. Jean-Jacques Mbungani yabitangaje mu gihe kuri uyu wa 10 Ukwakira hizihijwe Umunsi Mpuzamahanga wahariwe ubuzima bwo mu mutwe.

Mu butumwa yagejeje ku baturage, Dr. Jean-Jacques Mbungani yagaragaje ko ibibazo byo mu mutwe mu baturage ba Congo-Kinshasa, biteye inkeke.

Yagize ati “Nibura Abanyekongo miliyoni 22 bafite ibibazo byo mu mutwe, nyamara serivisi z’ubuvuzi bw’indwara zo mu mutwe ziracyari hasi kuko ziri kuri 5%.”

Minisititi w’Ubuzima wa Congo, yavuze ko Guverinoma yiyemeje gushyiraho gahunda yo kwita ku bafite ibi bibazo byo mu mutwe, ibinyujije muri Minisiteri y’Ubuzima, Isuku no gukumira indwara, aho Leta yiyemeje kujya ivurira ku buntu abafite ibi bibazo.

Insanganyamatsiko y’uyu munsi mpuzamahanga igira iti “Make mental health for all a global priority”, tugenekereje mu Kinyarwanda, ni ukuvuga “Ubuzima bwo mu mutwe bwitabweho”.

Minisitiri w’Ubuzima wa Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo, yavuze ko iyi nsanganyamatsiko ifite igisobanuro gikomeye gikwiye gutuma buri wese agira uruhare mu kubungabunga ubuzima bwo mu mutwe.

Yagize ati “Iyi nsanganyamatsiko y’umunsi mpuzamahanga, iratwibutsa ko ubuzima budashoboka mu gihe ubuzima bwo mu mutwe butameze neza. Kwizihiza uyu munsi bikwiye gutuma turushaho guhuza imbaraga mu kwita ku bafite ibibazo byo mu mutwe.”

Yavuze ko byumwihariko Abanyekongo bakwiye guhagurukira ikibazo cy’abakoresha ibiyobyabwenge, yaba ababikoresha ndetse n’abandi bose.

Yaboneyeho guhamagarira abashoramari, gushora imari mu bikorwa by’ubuvuzi bw’ibibazo byo mu mutwe kuko na bo bagira uruhare mu gutuma ubuvuzi bw’ibi bibazo butera imbere.

U Rwanda na rwo ruri mu Bihugu byugarijwe n’ibibazo by’indwara zo mu mutwe kuko imibare y’abafite ibi bibazo irushaho kuzamuka.

Ubushakashatsi bwashyizwe hanze umwaka ushize, bwagaragaje ko Abanyarwanda 20.5% bagendana n’ibibazo byo mu mutwe.

Iyi mibare yagaragazaga ko abafite agahinda gakabije ari 11.9%, abafite ako ibyo guhangayika ari 8.6%, naho abafite ihungabana riterwa n’ibihe bikomeye banyuzemo bari 3.6%.

Ivuriro ry’indwara zo mu mutwe rizwi nka Ndera ryo mu Karere ka Gasabo, riherutse gutangaza ko mu mwaka wa 2021-2022, ryakiriye abarwayi 96 357 bivuza izi ndwara, mu gihe mu mwaka wari wabanje wa 2020-2021 byari byakiriye 21 993. Ni ukuvuga ko imibare yiyongereyeho 29,6%.
