Hagaragajwe igitanga icyizere kuri imwe mu nkingi nyamwamba mu bukungu bw’u Rwanda

Banki Nkuru y’u Rwanda ivuga ko amezi atatu ya mbere y’umwaka wa 2024 yasize umuvuduko w’ibiciro ku isoko ugabanutse, ndetse ukaba ukomeje kuguma mu mbago z’igipimo kidahungabanya byinshi, ku buryo hari icyizere ko uzakomeza guhagarara neza.

Banki Nkuru y’u Rwanda ishimangira kandi ko ubukungu bw’Igihugu bukomeje kuba mu cyerekezo cyiza, ndetse bikaba bigaragazwa n’imibare, aho mu gihembwe cya mbere cy’uyu mwaka ubukungu bw’u Rwanda bwazamutse ku gipimo cya 8,6%, mu gihe mu mezi atatu asoza umwaka wa 2023 bwari bugeze ku izamuka rya 8.2%.

Iyi Banki kandi igaragaza ko umuvuduko w’izamuka ry’ibiciro ku isoko ukomeje kuguma mu mbago nziza kuko iki gihembwe gisize biri ku muvuduko wa 4.7%. nyamara mu gihembwe cyabanje wari ku rugero rwa 8,9%, aho ibiciro by’ibiribwa bikomoka ku buhinzi ariko byangirika vuba wazamutse ku rugero rwa 2,5% uvuye kuri 18,7% mu gihembwe cya 4 cy’umwaka wa 2023.

Prof Kasai Ndahiriwe ushinzwe Politike y’Ifaranga muri Banki Kkuru y’u Rwanda yagaragaje impamvu uyu muvuduko wagabanutse kuri uru rugero.

Ati “Impamvu ya mbere ni icyemezo cya Banki Nkuru y’u Rwanda cyafashwe kuva mu mwaka wa 2022 ubwo ibiciro byatangiraga kuzamuka cyane, ni ko Banki Nkuru y’u Rwanda yakomeje kuzamura inyungu fatizo yayo kugira ngo ikomeze guhangana n’izamuka ry’ibiciro. Impamvu ya kabiri ni ibyemezo Leta yagiye ifata birimo gufasha urwego rw’ubuhinzi. Ikindi ni ku rwego mpuzamahanga, ibiciro byari byarazamutse cyane, uyu mwaka na byo byatangiye gusubira mu buryo.”

Umusaruro w’izi ngamba zirimo n’ibyemezo bya Banki Nkuru y’u Rwanda; watumye yoroshya ingamba zo guhangana n’itumbagira ry’ibiciro ku isoko, aho yakuye urwunguko rwayo ku rugero rwa 7,5% irushyira kuri 7%.

Guverineri wa BNR, John Rwangombwa avuga ko nta mpungenge zihari, uretse ko n’iyo imibare yahinduka; iyi Banki izongera igakaza ingamba mu rwego rwo kongera guhangana n’iki kibazo.

Ati “Nta mpungenge dufite. Igihembwe cya kabiri turakibona uko kizaba kimeze, iby’intambara nubwo tutaramenya iyo bigana; ariko ntabwo byaturitse ngo bitere ikibazo gikomeye. Numva rero dufite icyizere, ni na yo mpamvu duhura buri gihembwe. Hagize igihinduka kigatandukanya icyerekezo tubona, tuzagaruka nta nubwo tuzategereza ko igihembwe gishira, yuzagaruka dufate ibyemezo bihangana n’icyo kintu cyahindutse.”

Iyi Banki igaragaza ko icyuho mu bucuruzi bw’u Rwanda n’amahanga cyazamutse ku rugero rwa 9,6%, bigizwemo uruhare no kuba agaciro k’ibyo u Rwanda rwohereza hanze kazamutseho 0,2% nyamara ak’ibyo rwakuyeyo kazamutse ku rugero rwa 5,9%.
