Kamonyi: Umusore w’imyaka 25 yiyemerera ko yasambanyije nyina w’imyaka 61 ngo yumvaga yamwifuje

Umusore w’imyaka 25 y’amavuko wo mu Murenge wa Mugina mu Karere ka Kamonyi akurikiranyweho gusambanya nyina w’imyaka 61, ndetse akaba yiyemerera ko yabikoze akavuga ko yabitewe n’irari yari yamugiriye kuko yumvaga yamwifuje.

Uyu musore ukurikiranywe n’Ubushinjacyaha ku Rwego Rwisumbuye rwa Muhanga bwamaze gushyikirizwa iyi Dosiye n’Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha RIB.

Ubushinjacyaha dukesha iyi nkuru, butangaza ko dosiye bwayishyikirijwe tariki 11 Mutarama 2022.

Uyu musore afite imyaka 25 dore ko yavuze mu 1997 mu gihe nyina akurikiranyweho gusambanya we yavuze mu 1961 ni ukuvuga ko afite imyaka 61 y’amavuko.

Ubushinjacyaha buvuga ko uyu musore aregwa n’icyaha cyo gukubita nyina, buvuga ko yakururiye umubyeyi we mu buriri ubundi akamusambanya.

Uyu musore yemera icyaha akavuga ko yabitewe n’irari yari yagiriye Nyina kuko yumvaga yamwifuje ari na byo byatumye amukururana akamusambanya.

Umubyeyi w’uyu musore, na we yemera ko umuhungu we yamukoreye ibi bya mfura mbi, akavuga ko kandi asanzwe anyway ibiyobwenge.

Uyu mukecuru kandi avuga ko umuhungu we yabanje no kumukubita akamuniga amuziza kuba yamureze kuri mushiki we ko yamwibye ibigori.

 

ICYO ITEGEKO RIVUGA

Uregwa akurikiranyweho icyaha cyo gukoresha imibonano mpuzabitsina ku gahato byakozwe ku muntu bafitanye isano kugeza ku gisanira cya kabiri ndetse n’icyaha cyo gukubita umubyeyi.

Gukoresha imibonano mpuzabitsina ku gahato byakozwe ku muntu bafitanye isano kugeza ku gisanira cya kabiri, ni icyaha gihanishwa igifungo cya burundu, giteganywa mu ngingo ya 134 al.5 pt.3 y’Itegeko N°68/2018 ryo ku wa 30/08/2018 riteganya ibyaha n’ibihano muri rusange.

Gukubita umubyeyi ni icyaha gihanishwa igihano cy’igifungo cy’imyaka 8 n’ihazabu y’amafaranga angana na miliyoni ebyiri y’u Rwanda (2.000.000 frw), kikaba giteganywa n’ingingo ya 121 al.2 y’Itegeko N°68/2018 ryo ku wa 30/08/2018 riteganya ibyaha n’ibihano muri rusange.
