Menya impamvu mu Rwanda hagiye kongerwa ibigo ngororamuco nubwo Abadepite babibona ukundi

Minisiteri y’Ubutegetsi bw’Igihugu ivuga hagiye kongera Ibigo Ngororamuco ku rwego rw’Intara kugira ngo ababijyanwamo bakunze kuba ari inzererezi, batajyanwa kure y’imiryango yabo, mu gihe Abadepite bavuze ko iyi gahunda idashobora gukemura ikibazo nyamukuru.

Raporo y’ibikorwa bya Komisiyo y’Uburenganzira bwa Muntu y’umwaka wa 2022-2023; igaragaa ko ibigo ngororamuco birimo ibibazo bitandukanye, birimo kuba hari ibyuzuye abantu ariko ntibigire abakozi bahagije bo kubafasha ndetse n’ibindi bidatanga ubufasha hashingiwe ku byiciro abantu barimo, ndetse n’ikibazo cy’abasezererwa bakishobora mu bikorwa bibasubizayo.

Minisiteri y’Ubutegetsi bw’Igihugu ishyigikiye iyi ngingo, ikavuga ko bizatuma buri umwe ashyirwa ahamukwiriye, gusa ngo birasaba ko n’ibi bigo ngororamuco byigongera.

Minisitiri Jean Claude Musabyimana yagize ati “Bitewe n’urwego ubuzererezi bw’umuntu bugezeho yajyanwa mu cyiciro cy’igororamuco. Ubu twari dufite ibyiciro bibiri […] byadufasha no guhangana n’ibyaha kuko bariya bantu iyo utabikoze bahinduka abanyabyaha, ukazahura na bo baragiye mu nkiko, barakatiwe ari abanyabyaha kandi byarashobokaga ko sosiyete yabafasha kutaba abanyabyaha.”

Bamwe mu Badepite bo bavuga ko iki gisubizo kidashobora gukemura ikibazo mu buryo burambye, bakavuga ko kongera ibi bigo ngororamuco mu nzego z’ibanze ahubwo biteye impungenge, bakavuga ko ahubwo igisubizo cyashakirwa mu muryango kuko gishobora kuba kinafitanye isano n’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe.

Umwe mu Badepite mu Nteko y’u Rwanda, yagize ati “Nagize impungenge numwise ibi bigo byisumbuye byo ku Ntara. Wagira ngo ni nka kaminuza bimukiyemo. Icyakorwa tugerageze ikintu kirebana n’umuryango, hari ubushakashatsi bwakozwe, bsanze ahantu hicaye abantu batanu haba harimo babiri bafite ibibazo by’uburwayi bwo mu mutwe, ibyo byose iyo tubyumvise nka komisiyo twumva bifite uburemere bwabyo.”

Mu rwego rwo guhangana n’ibibazo bituma bamwe bisanga mu bigo ngororamuco; Ministeri y’Ubutegetsi bw’Igihugu ivuga ko hateguwe gahunda y’imyaka itatu, aho muri iki gihe hazajya hakoreshwa miliyari 30 Frw.
