MINEDUC ivuga iki ku gihano cyo kwirukana burundu umunyeshuri kubera imyitwarire idahwitse?

Minisiteri y’Uburezi (MINEDUC) itangaza ko igihano cyo kwirukana burundu umunyeshuri mu gihe yagaragaje imyitwarire idahwitse, kidakwiye kugira uwo gitungura kuko kiri mu biteganywa n’Iteka rya Minisiteri y’Uburezi ryagiye hanze mu mpera z’ukwezi gushize.

Mu ntangiro z’uku kwezi k’Ugushyingo, umunyeshuri wigaga mu ishuri Ryisumbuye rwa Nyakabanda ryo mu Karere ka Muhanga, ryirukanye umunyeshuri nyuma yo gukubita umukozi ushinzwe gukurikirana abanyeshuri (Animateri).

Iteka rya Minisitiri w’Uburezi ryagiye hanze mu mpera z’ukwezi gushize, rigaragaza ko mu mabwiriza mashya agenga urwego rw’uburezi, umunyeshuri ashobora kwirukanwa burundu mu gihe yagaragaje imyitwarire idahwitse.

Ubwo uriya munyeshuri yirukanwaga, bamwe mu babitanzeho ibitekerezo bavugaga ko bidakwiye kuba umwana yavutswa uburenganzira bwo gukomeza amasomo ahubwo ko yakwicara akaganirizwa.

Umuyobozi wa ES Nyakabanda, Nkindisano Jean Pierre wanahohotewe n’uriya munyeshuri, yavuze ko uriya munyeshuri yirukanywe kubera ikosa rikomeye yakoreye imbere ya bagenzi be.

Yavuze ko uriya munyeshuri yakubise umukozi ushinzwe gukurikirana abanyeshuri ubwo yajyaga kureba ibibaye nyuma yo kumva urusaku rw’abanyeshuri.

Umuvugizi wa Minisiteri y’Uburezi, Sarafina Flavia yabwiye Radio& TV 10 ko igihano nka kiriya giteganywa mu bihano biri mu iteka rya Minisitiri w’Uburezi riherutse gusohoka kandi ko ubusanzwe iteka ritangira kubahirizwa kuva igihe ryagiriye hanze.

Yavuze ko kuba umunyeshuri yakwirukanwa bidakwiye gufatwa nka byacitse kuko hari amakosa aremereye umunyeshuri aba yakoze ku buryo hadafashwe umwanzuro nk’uriya bishobora no kototera imyitwarire y’abandi banyeshuri baba barererwa hamwe na we.
