Moto n’amagare byemerewe gutwara abikingije gusa, itangira ry’amashuri ntacyahindutse,…- Amabwiriza mashya

Guverinoma y’u Rwanda yasohoye amabwiriza mashya yo kwirinda icyorezo cya COVID-19 arimo irivuga ko amashuri azatangira hakurikijwe ingebihe isanzwe ndetse n’irivuga ko abagenzi bagenda ku magare na moto bose bagomba kuba barikingije.

Aya mabwiriza yasohotse mu itangazo ryaturutse mu Biro bya Minisitiri w’Intebe kuri uyu wa Gatanu tariki Indwi Mutarama 2022, agomba gutangira kubahirizwa tariki 10 Mutarama 2022.

Ingingo ya Kane (d) y’aya mabwiriza ivuga amashuri azatangira hakurikijwe ingengabihe isanzweho, ikavuga ko amabwiriza arambuye azatangwa na Minisiteri y’Uburezi.

Ingingo ya gatanu (e) ivuga kadi koi biro by’inzego za Leta bizakomeza gukora ariko buri rwego rugasabwa gukoresha abakozi bo mu biro batarenze 15% by’abakozi bose bakorera mu biro.

Naho ingingo ya munani (h) ikavuga ko abatwara imodoka rusange zitwara abagenzi bagomba gutwara gusa abagenzi bikingije kandi ko abatazabyubahiriza bazafatirwa ibihano.

Amabwiriza yari asanzweho yagenaga ko abagomba kugaragaza ko bikingije ari abaturuka cyangwa abajya mu Mujyi wa Kigali gusa.

Ingingo ya cyenda (9) ivuga ko “Moto n’amagare byemerewe gukomeza gutwara abagenzi hubahirizwa amabwiriza yo kwirinda COVID-19. Abagenzi bagenda kuri moto n’amagare bagomba kuba barikingije Covid-19 ndetse n’ababatwaye kuri moto n’amagare.”
