Perezida Kagame yizeje umusanzu w’u Rwanda mu guhosha ibya Israel na Hamas

Perezida wa Repubulika y’u Rwanda, Paul Kagame witabiriye inama yo gushaka umuti w’intambara imaze iminsi muri Gaza, yagaragaje ko nubwo umuzi w’iki kibazo ukomeye, ariko bitavuze ko kitakemuka, anemeza ko u Rwanda rwiteguye gutanga umusanzu warwo mu nzira zaganisha ku muti.

Umukuru w’u Rwanda, Paul Kagame yabitangaje kuri uyu wa Kabiri tariki 11 Kamena 2024 mu nama y’icyakorwa mu gushaka umuti w’ikibazo cyo muri Gaza, ahamaze amezi umunani hari intambara imaze guhitana abarenga ibihumbi 37.

Iyi nama yahawe insanganyamatsiko igira iti “Call for Action: Urgent Humanitarian Response for Gaza”, yatumijwe n’Umwami wa Jordan, Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein, Perezida wa Misiri, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi ndetse n’Umunyamabanga Mukuru w’Umuryango w’Abibumbye, António Guterres.

Perezida Paul Kagame yavuze ko umuzi w’iki kibazo ukomeye, ariko ko bitavuze ko kitakemuka, mu gihe habaho gushyira hamwe. Ati “Uko bigaragara, uko ikibazo giteye, kirakomeye ariko ntibivuze ko kitabonerwa umuti.”

Umukuru w’u Rwanda yavuze ko ikibazo nk’iki gishyira Isi mu kangaratete, bityo ko no kugishakira umuti, bisaba gushyira hamwe imbaraga, ndetse buri wese agatanga umusanzu we washoboka.

Ati “Imbaraga uburyo, n’ubushobozi, bihagarariwe muri iki cyumba uyu munsi, ntabwo byabura kugira icyo bikora mu gushyira iherezo kuri iki kibazo gishyira mu kangaratere ubuzima bw’inzirakarengane z’abasivile nk’uko dukomeje kubibona umunsi ku wundi.”

Perezida Kagame yavuze ko nk’u Rwanda bituma rushobora kugira icyo rwakora mu gutanga umusanzu mu gushaka umuti w’iki kibazo, haba mu nzira za Dipolomasi ndetse n’ubuhuza mu gutuma iyi ntambara ihagarara.

Ati “Izi mbaraga zikomeje kwifashishwa, zikwiye kuzirikanwa kandi zigashyigikirwa, kugira ngo tubona umusaruro ufatika mu buryo bwa vuba mu rwego rwo kurinda abana, ndetse n’imiryango yabo bari mu kaga gakomeye.”

Perezida Kagame yavuze ko ibikorwa remezo bifatiye runini abaturage muri Gaza nk’ibitaro n’amashuri, byahungiyemo abaturage, bidakwiye kwifashishwa n’abari kurwana muri iyi ntambara cyangwa ngo bibe ibigomba kwibasirwa, kuko bishyira ubuzima bwabo mu kaga.

Umukuru w’u Rwanda yavuze ko kandi ibikorwa biri kuba, bihonyora uburenganzira bwa muntu, bityo ko bituma Isi igomba guhaguruka igatanga impuruza.

Ati “Kuko ntabwo turi kuvuga ibijyanye no kurenga ku mategeko gusa, ahubwo turanavuga n’ubuzima bw’ikiremwamuntu.”

Umukuru w’u Rwanda yavuze ko hakenewe ingamba zo gushaka umuti urambye uvuye mu nzira za politiki, kandi bigashyigikirwa n’abashobora gutanga umusanzu bose.

Ati “U Rwanda rwiteguye gutanga umusanzu warwo mu gushyigikira iyi nzira, rushingiye ku myumvire yacu ko tubona ko bishoboka ko iki kibazo cyarangira mu gihe cya vuba.”

Iyi nama ibaye nyuma y’amasaha macye kuri uyu wa Mbere tariki 10 Kamena, Akanama k’Umuryango w’Abibumbye gashinzwe Amahoro n’Umutekano ku Isi, gatoye umwanzuro ushyigikira umugambi wo guhagarika iyi ntambara imaze igihe mu Ntara ya Gaza.
