Twishimira uko u Rwanda rukomeza guharanira amahoro ku Isi – Minisitiri Biruta

Ibi Minisitiri, Dr Vincent Biruta yabitangaje kuri iki Cyumweru tariki ya 24 Ukwakira 2021, ubwo u Rwanda rwifatanyaga n’Isi yose mu kwizihiza isabukuru ya 76 y’Umuryango w’Abibumbye washinzwe ku munsi nk’uyu mu 1945.

 Ni umunsi wahuriranye na siporo rusange ngarukakwezi izwi nka Car Free Day yari yanitabiriwe n’abandi bayobozi batandukanye barimo Minisitiri wa Siporo, Aurore Mimosa Munyangaju, uw’Ubucuruzi n’Inganda, Habyarimana Beata, uw’Ibikorwa by’Ubutabazi, Kayisire Solange n’Umuyobozi w’Umujyi wa Kigali, Pundence Rubingisa.

Minisitiri Dr Biruta yavuze ko u Rwanda ari kimwe mu bihugu bigize Umuryango w’Abibumbye kandi uyu muryango ufite ibikorwa byinshi ufatanyamo n’igihugu mu iterambere n’imibereho myiza y’abaturage.

 

Ati “Umuryango w’Abibumbye uretse kuba turi abanyamuryango ariko ufite n’amashami menshi yawo abarizwa mu gihugu cyacu ku buryo ari abafatanyabikorwa b’imena mu iterambere ry’igihugu.”

 

Yakomeje agira ati “Bafite amashami arebana n’ubuzima,abana, uburezi, ubuhinzi n’ibindi byinshi usanga ari gahunda igihugu kirimo kandi gifatanya n’iyo miryango itandukanye kugira ngo izo gahunda zibashe kugenda neza kuko Umuryango w’Abibumbye niwo utera inkunga gahunda igihugu kiba cyarihaye.”

 

Umuhuzabikorwa w’Amashami y’Umuryango w’Abibumbye mu Rwanda, Fodé Ndiaye yashimye uruhare rw’u Rwanda mu guharanira amahoro n’umutekano ku Isi.

 

Ati “Umwaka utaha tuzaba twizihiza imyaka 60 y’ubunyamuryango bw’u Rwanda muri Loni. Twishimira uko u Rwanda rukomeza guharanira amahoro ku Isi rutanga umusanzu ukomeye ku butumwa bw’amahoro bwa Loni mu bihugu byo hirya no hino.”

 

Abitabiriye iyi siporo bazengurutse imihanda itandukanye y’Umujyi wa Kigali nyuma baza gusoreza kuri Stade Amahoro, aho bakoze imyotozo ngororamubiri yakoreshejwe n’Umuyobozi w’Umuryango Children and Youth Sports Organization, Mukasa Nelson.

Mukasa yavuze ko n’ubwo ari umunsi udasanzwe wahariwe UN, Abanya-Kigali bagize umwanya wo gukora siporo cyane ko siporo ari ubuzima.

ti “Siporo ni ubuzima, ni amahirwe twagize kuba uyu munsi wahariwe Loni wabaye ibikorwa bya siporo n’imyitozo ngororamubiri byarakomorewe nyuma ya Covid-19, ibintu byanatumye abantu bitabira ku bwinshi.”

Nyuma y’imyitozo ngororamubiri yabereye kuri Stade Amahoro, abitabiriye bose bahawe umwanya wo gutanga amaraso, bapimwa indwara zitandukanye zirimo na Covid-19.

Ku wa 24 Ukwakira 1948,  nibwo Loni yashyizweho. Ni mu muhango wabereye i San Francisco muri Leta Zunze Ubumwe za Amerika. Ufite intego yo kubumbatira amahoro n’umutekano ku Isi; gukumira ibikorwa byose bigamije guhungabanya umutekano mu rwego rw’akarere no ku Isi hose.
