U Rwanda rwasubije umutegetsi w’i Kinshasa wavuze ko rukwiye gushozwaho intambara rugufatwa rukomekwa kuri Congo

Umuvugizi Wungirije wa Guverinoma y’u Rwanda, Alain Mukuralinda yavuze ko imvugo zikomeje kuvugwa na bamwe mu Banye-Congo barimo n’abayobozi n’abahoze mu buyobozi, zikwiye kwamaganwa kuko zishobora guhembera umwuka mubi hagati y’Ibihugu byombi.

Nyuma y’uko havutse umwuka mubi hagati y’u Rwanda na Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo, bamwe mu bategetsi bo muri iki Gihugu giherereye mu burengerazuba bw’u Rwanda, bakomeje gukoresha imvugo ziremereye.

Bamwe muri bo, ni Adolphe Muzito wigeze kuba Minisitiri w’Intebe muri DRC ubu uri mu ihuriro ry’amashyaka atavuga rumwe n’ubutegetsi, yavuze ko u Rwanda ari agahugu gato bityo ko rukwiye kugabwaho ibitero rugafatwa rukomekwa kuri Congo.

Icyo gihe yagize ati “kugira ngo dukemura iki kibazo birakwiye ko dushoza intambara mu Rwanda, niba dushaka gucunga neza uburasirazuba bw’Igihugu, dutere u Rwanda, kugira ngo twihaze mu bukungu dutere u Rwanda ubundi turwiyomekeho, ubundi u Rwanda tukarucunga neza.”

Umuvugizi Wungirije wa Guverinoma y’u Rwanda, Alain Mukuralinda yabwiye RADIOTV10 ko abakoresha imvugo nk’izi basa nk’abari kwatsa umuriro.

Ati “Si byiza ahubwo bituma imitwe ishyuha, tukaba twasaba ko ayo magambo agabanuka, imyanzuro yafashwe igashyirwa mu bikorwa kandi hagakoreshwa inzira zabugenewe mu gukemura ibibazo.”

Mukuralinda yavuze ko imvugo nk’izi zikwiye kwamaganwa

Mu cyumweru gishize tariki 25 Gicurasi 2022, Komiseri wa Polisi mu Ntara ya Kivu ya Ruguru, Gen Aba Van Ang ubwo yari ayoboye inama y’Abapolisi yabasabye kurushaho kurwana intambara ndetse asaba n’abaturage gufata imihoro bagatema Abatutsi bavuga Ikinyarwanda.

Mukuralinda wakomeje agaragaza ko imvugo nk’izi zidakwiye kuko ubwazo zitanashobora gutuma habaho inzira zo gukemura ibibazo.

Ati “Niba abantu bagamije gukemura ikibazo ariko bagatangira kuvuga amagambo nk’ayo ‘yo gutema imitwe’ abavuga bati ‘mufate imihoro’ abandi bati ‘kariya gahugu ni gato mugafate mukomeke hano’, ibintu bishobora gusubira irudubi.”

Umuvugizi Wungirije wa Guverinoma y’u Rwanda avuga ko Repubulika Ihanira Demokarasi ya Congo isanzwe izi ububi n’ingaruka z’intambara ku buryo nta muyobozi waho wari ukwiye kuvuga amagambo nk’aya agaragaza kwifuza intambara.

Mukuralinda avuga ko ubuyobozi bwa Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo bukwiye guhaguruka bukamagana ibitekerezo nk’ibi bishobora gukongeza no kwenyegeza umwuka mubi hagati y’iki Gihugu n’u Rwanda ndtese n’ababituye.

    ikibabaje nuko abavuga ibi Intambara iramutse ibaye aribo ba mbere bafata imiryango yabo bagahungira iyo za Burayi n ahandi, rubanda rugufi bagahura n akaga cyane, mbona guhaga cyane koko ari icyaha, umuntu wifuza intambara k uRwanda arambabaza cyane, Amahoro niyo yambere.

    Hhhhh ngo bafate Imihoro bateme abatutsi,burya si buno.Icyo nicyo cyigaragaza rwose ko mukorana na FDLR kuko izi neza icyo bita gutema umututsi.
