Uko byagenze ngo umukwe n’umugeni bisange mu maboko ya RIB ku munsi w’ubukwe

Umugabo w’imyaka 48 n’umugore w’imyaka 29 bari mu maboko y’Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha, rwabataye muri yombi ku munsi w’imihango yo gusaba no gukwa, nyuma yo kwiyambazwa n’umugore mukuru w’uyu mugabo bagifitanye isezerano.

Aba bombi bakurikiranyweho icyaha cy’ubuharike, bafashwe ubwo uyu mugabo yari agiye gusaba no gukwa uyu mugore basanzwe babana nk’umugore n’umugabo mu buryo budakurikije amategeko.

Iyi mihango yagombaga kubera Mudugudu wa Nyamirambo mu Kagari ka Mubumbano mu Murenge wa Kagano mu Karere ka Nyamasheke.

Amakuru avuga ko uyu mugabo wigeze kuba umucuzi mu isantere ya Nyamirambo i Nyamasheke, yari yataye umugore we mukuru babyaranye abana batanu, nyuma y’uko bagiranye ibibazo, akaza gushaka uyu w’imyaka 29 [bafunganywe] na we bakaba bafitanye abana babiri.

Yari yabanje gucikana n’uyu mugore wa kabiri, bajya gutura mu Karere ka Ngoma, bakaba bamaranye imyaka 11 babana mu buryo budakurikije amategeko.

Abaturage bavuga ko uyu mugabo n’umugore we wa kabiri, bafashwe nyuma y’uko umugore mukuru yamenye ko bagiye gukora imihango yo gusaba no gukwa yagombaga kuba ku wa Gatanu w’icyumweru gishize, agahita ajya kubimenyesha inzego. Ni imihango yagombaga kubera iwabo w’umukobwa muri Nyamasheke.

Umwe yagize ati “Twari twatumiwe twaranatwerereye, twitegura kubujyamo saa saba. Bamwe mu batumirwa bageze mu mahema yari yateguwe mu busitani buri hafi y’ibiro by’Akarere ka Nyamasheke.”

Ku munsi w’iyi mihango, umugore wari umaze iminsi itatu yaragiye kwitegura, yari yabukereye, ndetse umugabo we na we yari yamaze kwerecyeza aho iyi mihango yagombaga kubera, aho yari aherekejwe n’inshuti ze zari zitashye ubukwe bwabo.

Ubwo imodoka zari zibatwaye zari zigeze hafi ya Sitasiyo ya RIB ya Kagano mu Karere ka Nyamasheke, zarahagaritswe, uyu mugabo akurwamo ahita atabwa muri yombi.

Mupenzi Narcisse uyobora Akarere ka Nyamasheke, yemereye Ikinyamakuru Imvaho Nshya ko ibi byabaye, ndetse ko umugabo n’umugore bombi bakurikiranyweho icyaha cy’ubuharike.

Yagize ati “Icya mbere ni uko biriya ari ibikorwa bigize icyaha cy’ubuharike kandi gihanwa n’amategeko, ni yo mpamvu ari mu maboko y’Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha.”

Uyu Muyobozi w’Akarere ka Nyamasheke usanzwe ari n’impuguke mu mategeko, dore ko mbere yo kuba Umuyobozi w’Akarere yari Umuyobozi w’Ishami rishinzwe Serivisi zo Kwegereza Ubutabera Abaturage muri Minisiteri y’Ubutabera, yagiriye inama abashakana nyamara hari isezerano rikiri hagati y’umwe muri bo n’uwo bashakanye, ko baba bari gukora icyaha cy’ubuharike.
