Urwego rushinzwe Igorora-RCS rwungutse Abofisiye 166 barimo 16% b’abakobwa

Abofisiye 166 barimo abakobwa 27 mu Rwego rw’Igihugu rushinzwe Igorora (RCS), barangije amasomo mu Ishuri rya RCS rya Rwamagana, banahabwa ipeti rya AIP (Assistant Inspector of Prison).

Umuhango wo guha impamyabumenyi aba Bofisiye n’ipeti rya AIP, wabereye mu Ishuri rya RCS rya Rwamagana, uyoborwa na Minisitiri w’Intebe, Dr Edouard Ngirente.

Wanitabiriwe kandi n’abayobozi mu nzego Nkuru z’Igihugu, barimo Minisitiri w’Umutekano mu Gihugu, Dr Vincent Biruta ari na we uyobora Minisiteri ifite mu nshingano uru rwego rwa RCS.

Iki gikorwa kandi cyarimo abandi bayobozi mu nzego zo hejuru, nk’Umunyamabanga Mukuru w’Urwego rw’Igihugu rushinzwe Iperereza n’Umutekano (NISS), Aimable Havugiyaremye, ndetse n’Umunyamabanga Mukuru w’Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha RIB, Col (Rtd) Jeannot Ruhunga.

Minisitiri w’Intebe, Dr Edouard Ngirente wari Umushyitsi Mukuru muri uyu muhango, yasabye aba barangije amasomo n’imyitozo mu ishuri rya RCS, kuzarangwa n’ubunyamwuga mu nshingano bagiyemo, kandi ko ubumenyi bahawe buzabibafashamo.

Ati “Turabasaba gushyira imbaraga mu byo mwize, ntituzumve hari abagiye mu bikorwa bibi bihabanye n’akazi mwahawe.”

Yaboneyeho kandi gushima RCS ku bwo gukora kinyamwuga, kuko abagororwa basohoka mu magororero, bagaragaza ko bagorowe koko, ndetse bamwe bakahakura amasomo y’imyuga abafasha kwiteza imbere iyo bageze mu buzima busanzwe.

Dr Ngirente kandi yavuze ko aba bofisiye 166 barangije mu ishuri rya RCS, ari ikimenyetso cy’agaciro Guverinoma y’u Rwanda iha urwego rwa RCS, ndetse no kuba ikomeje kurwubakira ubushobozi.

Aba bofisiye 166 bahawe ipeti rya AIP uyu munsi, bamaze umwaka n’igice bahabwa amasomo banatorezwa muri iri shuri rya RCS rya Rwamagana, aho bari batangiye ari 180.

Nanone kandi muri aba barangije uyu munsi, barimo 66 bari basanzwe ari ari abakozi b’Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Igorora, mu gihe abandi 100 binjiyemo ari bashya.
