Rutsiro: Umusore akurikiranyweho gusambanya umwana w’imyaka 2 nyuma yo gufatwa yamwiyicajeho

Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha (RIB) rwataye muri yombi umusore w’imyaka 22 y’amavuko wo mu Murenge wa Murunda mu Karere ka Rutsiro ukekwaho gusambanya umwana w’imyaka ibiri wo mu rugo rw’aho yakoraga.
