Laurent Bucyibaruta wahoze ari Perefe w’icyahoze ari Perefegitura ya Gikongoro uherutse gukatirwa igifungo cy’imyaka 20 n’Urukiko rwa Rubanda rw’i Paris mu Bufaransa, yarekuwe by’agateganyo.

Bucyibaruta yarekuwe n’Urukiko ku mpamvu zirimo uburwayi yakunze kugaragaza, aho bivugwa ko kuva yafungwa yagiye agira uburwayi bwa hato na hato akajyanwa kwa muganga inshuro zitandukanye.

Ubwo yakatirwaga iki gifungo cy’imyaka 20, yahise ahabwa iminsi 10 yo kuba yakijuririye, akaza no kubyubahiriza akajurira.

Urukiko rwa Rubanda rw’i Paris rwakatiye Bucyibaruta Laurent iki gifungo, rumuhamije ibyaha birimo ubufatanyacyaha mu gukora Jenoside n’ibyibasiye inyokomuntu.

Umuryango ufite inshingano zo gushakisha abakekwaho Jenoside Yakorewe Abatutsi baba mu Burayi, CPCR watangaje ko iyi myitwarire ya Bucyibaruta igaragaza gushaka guhunga kurangiza igihano yakatiwe bityo ko biteye impungenge.

Bucyibaruta arekuwe mu gihe i Kigali mu Rwanda hari kubera inama y’abashakashatsi n’inzobere mu by’amateka zo mu Rwanda no mu Bufaransa, bari kugirana ibiganiro bigamije gukomeza inzira yo kugararaza ukuri kuri Jenoside yakorewe Abatutsi.

Ni inama yateguwe n’abarimo Prof Vincent Duclert wakoze raporo yagaragaje ko u Bufaransa bwagize uruhare ntashidikanywaho mu mateka y’ibyabaye mu Rwanda.
