Umwe mu Mudugudu wo mu Kagari ka Rubugu mu Murenge wa Rwimbogo mu Karere ka Rusizi, wahoze utuyemo abaturage ariko ubu nta rugo na rumwe rukiharangwa, kubera impamvu yasobanuwe n’abari bahatuye bavuga ko ingaruka y’icyatumye bahava bayibonye bamaze kuhava.

Bashimira ubuyobozi bwabakanguriye kuhava kuko bakihava na bo biboneye ko iyo bahaguma, bashoboraga kuhasiga ubuzima, kuko hahise haza inkangu zagiye zimanura imisozi.

Leta y’u Rwanda yakunze gukangurira abaturage batuye mu bice bishobora gushyira ubuzima bwabo mu kaga kubyimukamo, ndetse bamwe mu batishoboye bagafashwa, bakubakirwa imidugudu yo gutuzwamo.

Ni na gahunda yagize uruhare mu kwihutisha kugeza ku baturage ibikorwa remezo birimo umuriro w’amashanyarazi ndetse n’ibindi bijyanye n’iterambere ryabo.
