Hatahuwe umusore wibaga insinga ku mapiloni ngo azigurishe mu ‘njyamani’

Mu Kagari ka Ngarama mu Murenge wa Ngarama mu Karere ka Gatsibo, hatahuwe umusore wibaga insinga ku mapiloni ngo azigurishe mu byuma bishaje [bizwi nk’injyamani], aho Polisi yazimusanganye iwabo.

Umuvugizi wa Polisi mu Ntara y’Iburasirazuba, Superintendent of Police (SP) Hamdun Twizeyimana yavuze ko abaturage bo mu tugari twa Nyarubungo na Kigasa two mu Murenge wa Ngarama bari bamaze iminsi bagaragaza ikibazo cy’ibura ry’umuriro w’amashanyarazi bitewe n’insinga z’amashanyarazi zigenda zikatwa zikibwa n’abantu batazwi.

Yavuze ko mu bakekwaga ko bakata izo nsinga, harimo uyu Uhawumugisha. Ati “Hahise hategurwa igikorwa cyo kumusaka, abapolisi bageze iwabo mu rugo mu Mudugudu wa Ibare bamusangana imifuka ibiri irimo insinga z’amashanyarazi zipima 52Kgs ahita atabwa muri yombi.”

Polisi y’u Rwanda ivuga ko uyu musore yiyemereye ko izo nsinga ari ize yari kugurisha mu bindi byuma bishaje asanzwe acuruza, cyakora avuga ko na we yagiye azizanirwa n’abandi bantu atabashije kugaragaza imyirondoro yabo.

Nyuma yo gufatwa, uyu musore n’insinga yafatanywe yahise ashyikirizwa urwego rushinzwe ubugenzacyaha (RIB) rukorera kuri sitasiyo ya Ngarama kugira ngo hakomeze iperereza mu gihe hagishakishwa abandi babigizemo uruhare ngo na bo bafatwe bashyikirizwe ubutabera.

Iyo abihamijwe n’urukiko, ahanishwa igifungo kitari munsi y’imyaka itatu (3) ariko kitarenze imyaka itanu (5) n’ihazabu y’amafaranga y’u Rwanda atari munsi ya miliyoni 3 ariko atarenze miliyoni 5.
