Ubushinjacyaha bwakiriye dosiye ikubiyemo ikirego kiregwamo umugabo wo mu Murenge wa Muganza mu Karere ka Nyaruguru ukekwaho kwica umugore we nyuma yo gutongana bapfa ku kuba batari bumvikanye ku ngingo yo gusura umuryango w’umugore.

Dosiye ikubiyemo ikirego kiregwamo uyu mugabo, yakiriwe n’Ubushinjacyaga ku Rwego Rwisumbuye rwa Nyamagabe muri iki cyumweru, tariki 23 Nzeri 2024.

Ni nyuma yuko Urwego rw’Igihugu rukoze iperereza ry’ibanze kuri iki cyaha cyabereye mu Mudugudu wa Kigwene, Akagari ka Samiyonga, Umurenge wa Muganza, Akarere ka Nyaruguru mu ijoro ryo ku wa 16Nzeri 2024 saa mbiri n’igice.

Ubushinjacyaha buvuga ko muri iryo joro uyu mugabo yari ari kuganira n’umugore we ntibumvikana kuri gahunda yo kujya gusura umuryango umugore akomokamo.

Ubushinjacyaha bugira buti “Izi ntonganya zatumye nyakwigendera afata umwanzuro wo kwahukana muri iryo joro, atangira guheka umwana. Umugabo abibonye, yahise amwaka umwana; bararwana; umugabo amukubita igipfunsi mu muhogo, aramuniga kugeza ashizemo umwuka.”

Ubwo yari amaze kwica umugore we bari barasezeranye byemewe n’amategeko, uyu mugabo yahise ajyana umwana wabo kwa nyina, ahita yishyikiriza Ubugenzacyaha, ubu akaba akurikiranywe afunzwe.
