Imibereho ya Perezida Kagame yafasha buri wese kutagira aho ahurira na ‘stress’

Perezida Paul Kagame yatanze inama z’uburyo abantu bakwirinda ‘Stress’ [umunaniro wo mu mutwe] kandi bakagira imibereho myiza, agendeye ku byo yifashisha bisanzwe biranga imibereho ye, nko gukora siporo, gufungura amafunguro akwiye, kuruhuka no gutuza.

Muri iyi minsi bamwe bakunze kuvuga ko bagira umunaniro wo mu mutwe [Stress] kubera akazi kenshi ndetse n’ibindi bibazo by’imibereho ya buri munsi.

Umukuru w’u Rwanda avuga ko hari n’abitera uwo munaniro, ku buryo “umuntu agira stress nta n’aho iturutse.” Ariko ko n’abafite ako kazi hari n’abagaragaza ko bakarimo cyane ariko umusaruro ntugaragare.

Perezida Paul Kagame yitanzeho urugero rw’uburyo yirinda uwo munaniro, yavuze ko amenya inshingano ze n’uburyo zisumbana, ku buryo ahera ku zikomeye.

Ati “Naho iyo ugiye gufata iki ugafata iki…nta musaruro ariko uvanamo stress. Ariko iyo ukora ikintu ndetse iki wakigeraho kikakugora ukabona ko nta bundi buryo, ukaba ugishyize ku ruhande gacye ugashaka ibya ngombwa byari bibuze, ukajya ku bindi.”

 

Uburyo akoresha

Perezida Paul Kagame avuga kandi ko hari ibindi birwanya Stress, nko gukora imyitozo ngororamubiri, uko yaba imeze kose, yaba iyo kugenda ndetse n’izindi nko kubaka umubiri.

Yavuze ko ikindi ari ukumenya uko umuntu agaburira umubiri we. Ati “Gufungura buri kintu cyose, ugafata ibi, ugafata ibi…burya inda utagaburiye igira ubuzima bwiza kurusha iyo wagaburiye ibibi.”

Avuga ko hari n’abandi bahitamo kunywa inzoga mu nda itarimo ibiryo, ubwabyo bikaba ari bibi kurushaho, akibaza impamvu umuntu yabona amafaranga yo kugura inzoga ariko ntabone ayo kugura amafunguro.

Yavuze ko ikindi ari ukuba umuntu yamenya gutuza kabone nubwo yaba afite ikibazo kimureba, “ugatuza, ugatangira gutekereza ko uri bukore ibyo ushoboye, ibyo udashoboye urashaka ukundi ubigira.”
