Impamvu Perezida Kagame na Ruto bashobora kutajyana n’abandi ba Afurika mu Gihugu cy’igihangange

Perezida William Ruto wa Kenya yatangaje ko yemeranyijwe na Paul Kagame w’u Rwanda ko batagomba kongera guhaguruka nk’Umugabane bitabye Igihugu kimwe. Ni mu gihe hateganyijwe ibiganiro bizahuza u Burusiya n’Abakuru b’Ibihugu bya Afurika.

Abakuru b’Ibihugu byo ku Mugabane wa Afurika baritegura kwerecyeza i Moscow mu Burusiya no muri Afurika y’Epfo mu biganiro birimo ibigamije gushaka amahoro.

Abakuru b’Ibihugu byo ku Mugabane wa Afurika bategerejwe i St Petersburg mu nama ibahuza n’Igihugu cy’u Burusiya. Abo bose bagomba kurira indege bagiye kuganira na Perezida Vladmir V. Putin ku ngingo zirimo amahoro, umutekano n’iterambere.

Ubusanzwe ntibikunze kubaho ko Umukuru w’Igihugu cyo muri Afurika abangikanya ubwo butumire n’izindi gahunda, gusa kuri ubu Perezida wa Kenya, Dr William Kipchirchir Samoei Arap Ruto avuga ko abayobozi b’Ibihugu byo ku Mugabane wa Afurika batazongera kwitaba Igihugu kimwe.

Perezida William Ruto aganira n’umuherwe Mo Ibrahim, yagize ati “Ubu twafashe umwanzuro ko nta bwenge burimo kubona Ibihugu 54 bijya kwitaba umuntu umwe, rimwe na rimwe banadufata nabi. Hari aho badupakira mu modoka imwe nk’abanyeshuri. Icyemezo twafashe nk’Umuryango wa Afurika Yunze Ubumwe, ni uko guhera ubu hari ibiganiro bigiye guhuza Umugabane wa Afurika n’ikindi Gihugu; tugomba guhagararirwa n’Umuyobozi wa Komisiyo n’abandi bagize iyo komisiyo. Abantu nka batandatu cyangwa barindwi bahagararira Afurika.”

Perezida Ruto yakomeje avuga ko ashyigikiye uyu mwanzuro, ati “Ndetse nabiganiriyeho na Perezida Kagame, na we ashyigikiye cyane icyo gitekerezo. Na Minisitiri w’Intebe Abbiy [wa Ethiopia] arabishyigikiye. Kubera ko nitutiyubaha ntawundi uzatwubaha.”

Yakomeje avuga ko Abakuru b’Ibihugu bose muri Afurika bafite ubushake bwo gushyira hamwe mu gushakira umuti ibibazo biba byugarije uyu Mugabane ndetse n’ibyo ku Isi.

Ati “Twumvikanye n’abandi bakuru b’ibihugu ko tugomba gushyira hamwe tukagira ibyo duhindura.”

Iki cyemezo gifatwa nk’intambwe ifasha Umugabane wa Afurika kureberwa mu ndorerwamo y’abafatanyabikorwa mu mishinga igamije iterambere ry’Isi, ndetse bikazatuma bahabwa umwanya wo gutanga ibitekerezo kuruta kugenda nk’abagiye guhabwa amabwiriza y’imyanzuro yafatiwe aho batazi.
