KIGALI: Gutura aharenze ubushobozi bwite, intandaro yo kwangiza ibidukikije

Hari abaturage bo m umujyi wa Kigali bavuga ko kuba kompanyi zitwara imyanda yo mu ngo zitinda kuyikusanya, ngo nibyo bituma bashinjwa uruhare mu kwangiza ibidukikije. Icyakora abashakashatsi bo bavuga ko iyi myitwarire y’abaturage ishobora kuba iterwa n’uko batura aharenze ubushobozi bwa bo. Ariko ngo ibi ntibigomba kubaha urwaho rwo kwimika umwanda.

Iyo utembereye mubice bitandukanye bituwe na rubanda rugufi rwo mumujyi wa Kigali, ntushobora gutungurwa nop kubona imifuka yuzuye ibishingwe biteretse kumihanda. Ibi ngo biba bitegereje imodoka. Ku ruhande rwa Dr. Frank Habineza, umuyobozi mukuru w’ishyaka rishinzwe demokarasi no kurengera ibidukikije mu Rwanda, avuga ko ibivugwa n’abashakashatsi bitagomba kuba urwitwazo kuri bamwe.

“Byavuzwe ko bishobora kuba ari ikibazo. Ariko njyewe numva ko amafaranga atandukanye bitewe n’aho umuntu atuye. Njyewe aho ntuye ndumva dutanga ibihumbi bitanu (5,000 frw) ku kwezi. Ariko ndumva hari abaturanyi batanga ibihumbi bitatu, ibihumbi bibiri n’igihumbi. Twese tugomba kumenya akamaro kugutwara imyanda. [….] Twese nitumara kumenya akamaro ko gutwara iyo myanda, n’icyo gihumbi umuntu yakigomwa akagitanga. Twese tuigomba kugira isuku kugira ngo tubeho.” Dr. Frank Habineza

Ubushakashatsi bw’ishyaka Democratic Green Party of Rwanda, bwo mu 2021 bugaragaza ko ibikorwa birimo ubucukuzi bw’amabuye y’agaciro, imyanda yo mungo n’aho ishyirwa ngo bibangamiye ibidukikije kurwego rukomeye. Icyakora ngo hakenewe ubukangurambaga no gufasha abatishoboye kwimakaza isuku. Ibi ngo ni bimwe mubishobora kurengera urusobe rw’ibidukikije.
