Kigali: Hatangajwe amakuru mashya ku mubyeyi uvugwaho guhana yihanukiriye uwo abereye mukase

Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha (RIB) rwataye muri yombi ukekwaho guhana yihanukiriye umwana bivugwa ko abereye mukase, akamwuzuza inguma umubiri.

Uyu mwana bivugwa ko yahohotewe n’umubyeyi umubereye mukase, yatabarijwe kuri uyu wa Gatatu tariki 12 Mata 2023, mu butumwa bwanyujijwe kuri Twitter n’uwitwa Fabrice Mukunzi.

Mu butumwa uyu Fabrice yanyujije kuri Twitter, yari yasabye ubuyobozi bw’inzego z’ibanze ndetse n’Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha RIB kugira icyo rukora kuri uwo mwana, ndetse anagaragaza amafoto ye y’uburyo yahohotewe n’umubyeyi umubereye mukase utuye mu Mudugudu wa Ikaze mu Kagari ka Kabeza mu Murenge wa Muhima mu Karere ka Nyarugenge.

Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha RIB, rwari rwahise rusaba uyu Fabrice gutanga nimero ye kugira ngo rukurikirane iby’iki kibazo.

Mu gitondo cyo kuri uyu wa Kane tariki 13 Mata 2023, RIB yatangaje ko ukekwaho gukubita uyu mwana yamaze gufatwa.

Mwarakoze gutabariza uyu mwana, uwagize uruhare mu guhohotera uyu mwana yafashwe, akaba ari gukurikiranwa.

Mu butumwa bwanyujijwe kuri Twitter, RIB yashimiye uyu Fabrice kuba yaratanze amakuru kuri iki kibazo, iti “uwagize uruhare mu guhohotera uyu mwana yafashwe, akaba ari gukurikiranwa.”

Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha kandi rwaboneyeho gusaba Abaturarwanda gutangira ku gihe amakuru y’aho babonye ibikorwa nk’ibi bigize ibyaha kugira ngo ababikora babiryozwe.
