Hakomeje kumvikana bamwe mu baturage bavuga ko imibereho yo mu Rwanda ikomeje kurushaho guhenda bitewe n’ibiciro ku isoko bitumbagira uko bwije uko bucyeye. Impuguke mu bukungu zigaragaza impamvu ndetse n’igikwiye gukorwa.

Abacuruza zimwe muri izo services z’ibanze, na bo bavuga ko bazibona zibahenze ku buryo kuzitanga ku giciro cyo hejuru biterwa n’uburyo bazibonye.

 

Kuzamura ubushobozi bw’umuturage byarirengagijwe

Dr. Fidele Mutemberezi wigisha amasomo y’ubukungu muri kaminuza avuga ko ubushobozi bw’ibyo abaturage binjiza mu Rwanda butigeze buzamurwa ngo bujyane n’aho igihe kigeze.

Ati “Niba winjiza umushahara w’ibihumbi ijana ukamara umwaka umwe, ibiri,…uzi ko kugira ngo umushahara uzamuke biba ari intambara. Iyo ibiciro byiyongereye ku masoko, amafaranga ibihumbi bitanu wajyanaga guhaha iyo ugiye ku isoko ntabwo uba ugishoboye kubigura.”

Dr. Fidele Mutemberezi avuga ko mu bihugu byateye imbere ubushobozi bw’ibyo abaturage binjiza bugenda bushyirwa ku kigero cy’ibiciro bigezweho ku masoko.

Kongerera agaciro ifaranga ry’u Rwanda

Dr Canisius Bihira, umuhanga mu bukungu, avuga ko kimwe mu bishobora kuzahura imibereho y’abaturage, ari ukongera agaciro k’ifaranga ry’u Rwanda binyuze mu kongera umusaruro.

Avuga ko nubwo ifaranga ry’u Rwanda ritataye agaciro cyane ugereranyije n’iryo mu bihugu byo mu karere, avuga ko naryo atari shyashya.

Agendera ku ngero ati “Mu 1984 nakoraga mu Banki ya Kigali, icyo gihe idorali twarivunjaga amafaranga 82, icupa rya Primus ryaguraga amafaranga 30 ubu riragura igihugu.”

Dr Canisius avuga ko iki ubwacyo atari ikibazo kuko umubare w’Abanyarwanda na wo wazamutse ahubwo ko ikibazo ari umusaruro.

Ati “Icyo gihe abaturage bari bacye ndumva batararengaga miliyoni eshatu cyangwa enye none ubu dufite nka miliyoni 13 kandi umusaruro ntabwo wigeze wiyongera. Niyo warebera ku musaruro w’ikawa cyangwa icyayi twoherezaga hanze ntabwo wigeze wiyongera.”

Uyu musesenguzi avuga ko umuti w’ikibazo ukwiye kureberwa mu kongera umusaruro w’u Rwanda bityo n’ibyoherezwa hanze bikazamuka bikanatuma na benshi babona akazi.
