Perezida Kagame yasobanuye impamvu urubyiruko ruri kwinjizwa mu myanya ikomeye nka Guverinoma

Perezida Paul Kagame yavuze ko kwinjiza abakiri bato mu nshingano, ari ukugira ngo bazikuriremo banazimenyere kugira ngo ejo hazaza h’u Rwanda habe hatanga icyizere, kuko abakuru babyina bavamo.

Perezida Paul Kagame yabitangaje kuri uyu wa Kane tariki 24 Kanama 2023, ubwo yakiraga indahiro z’abayobozi bashya binjiye muri Guverinoma y’u Rwanda.

Abarahiye ni Maj Gen Albert Murasira wagizwe Minisitiri ushinzwe Ibikorwa by’Ubutabazi, Jeanine Munyeshuli wagizwe Umunyamabanga wa Leta muri Minisiteri y’Imari n’Igenamigambi ushinzwe ishoramari rya Leta no kwegeranya Ibikorwa, na Sandrine Umutoni winjiye muri Guverinoma nk’Umunyamabanga wa Leta muri Minisiteri y’Urubyiruko.

Umukuru w’u Rwanda, Paul Kagame yashimiye aba bayobozi binjiye mu nshingano nshya, bakaba bemeye gukorera Igihugu cyabo.

Ati “Buri gihe ntawabura kwibutsa ko imirimo nk’iyi kuri uru rwego iba igamije kugira ngo abantu bafate inshingano, kuri bo ubwabo, ku bo bayoboye, ariko igisumba byose ko tuba dukorera Igihugu cyacu.”

Umukuru w’u Rwanda yavuze ko abarahiye none, abenshi ari abakiri bato, nka Jeanine Munyeshuli ndetse na Umutoni Sandrine.

Avuga ko guha inshingano abakiri bato, bifite ubutumwa bitanga. Ati “Biba byakozwe ku buryo bigenderewe, kwifuza guha inshingano urubyiruko, ngo bakure bumva ko badakurikira gusa, ahubwo ko bakwiye no kuyobora mu bikorwa bitandukanye byubaka Igihugu cyacu.”

Yavuze ko Minisiteri y’Urubyiruko isanzwe iyoborwa n’ubundi n’ukiri muto, ariko ko yari umugabo, ati “nifuza ko rero tugiramo n’umudamu. Ubwo ndibwira ko urubyiruko rwacu, ari abakobwa, ari abahungu, abagore, bazabibonamo.”

Yavuze ko ariko kubibonamo bitagomba gushingira ku kuba ari abo mu byiciro byombi by’igitsinagabo n’igitsinagore.

Ati “Kugira ngo babibonemo ariko ntabwo ari uko umwe ari umugabo undi ari umugore mu nshingano zabo, ahubwo bagomba kubibonamo mu bikorwa kandi bijyanye n’uko ababikora, ababiyoboramo abandi, bari muri ya myaka navugaga, aho na bo ubwabo bari mu rwego rw’urubyiruko, kugira ngo bigaragaze ko abagomba gufata inshingano batari abo mu myaka nk’iyacu ahubwo ko n’abato bagomba kubibyirukiramo, bakabikuriramo, ni byo biduha icyizere ko ejo hazaza, kuko buri wese uko tugenda, hari abagenda bagera ikirenge mu cyacu.”

Yakomeje agira ati “Gufata inshingano, kugira imico yubaka, iyobora, ntabwo ari iby’abakuru gusa, ahubwo bikwiye guhera ku batoya.”

Umukuru w’u Rwanda yavuze ko aba binjiye mu nshingano nshya, basanzwe bazifite, ku buryo yizeye ko bazazimenyera, kuko ibikenerwa byose bihari, ndetse bakaba bafite n’abo bazasanzemo bazafatanya bakanareberaho.

Ati “Hari ibisanzwe, hari bigomba gukosorwa, hari ibigomba gushyirwamo imbaraga zirenze kuko ari bizima […] Muve aha mwumva ko akazi katangiye ejo, ntabwo ari uyu munsi, mukomereza aho mukore ibishoboka.”

Aba bayobozi bashya binjiye muri Guverinoma y’u Rwanda, bashyizweho hirya y’ejo hashize ku wa Kabiri tariki 22 Kanama 2023, mu mavugurura yakozwe muri Guverinoma.
