Ubuyobozi bw’Ingabo z’u Rwanda bwatangaje ko umusirikare ufite ipeti rya Seargent wishe arasiye abantu batanu mu kabari ko mu Murenge wa Karambi mu Karere ka Nyamasheke, yatawe muri yombi, kandi ko bufata ingamba zikwiye mu kumukurikirana.

Bikubiye mu itangazo ryashyizwe hanze n’Ubuyobozi bw’Ingabo z’u Rwanda (RDF) kuri uyu wa Gatatu tariki 13 Ugushyingo 2024.

Iri tangazo rivuga ko “Ingabo z’u Rwanda (RDF) zibabajwe n’ibyago byabereye mu kabari ko mu Kagari ka Rusharara, Umurenge wa Karambi mu Karere ka Nyamasheke, aho Sgt Minani Gervais w’imyaka 39 akekwaho kurasa abantu batanu akabahitana mu rukerera rwo ku wa 13 Ugushyingo 2024.”

Iri tangazo rikomeza rigira riti “RDF yataye muri yombi ukekwaho icyaha kandi irafata ingamba zikwiye zo kumukurikirana mu nzira z’amategeko.”

Ubuyobozi bw’ingabo z’u Rwanda, kandi bwaboneyeho kwihanganisha imiryango n’inshuti baburiye ababo muri iki gikorwa cy’Umusirikare wa RDF ukekwaho kurasa aba bantu.
