Buri tariki 14 Kamena isi yose yizihiza umunsi mpuzamahanga wo gutanga amaraso. Yagize ati” Twe rero ikiguzi cy’amaraso ni ubuntu iyo service yo kuyaguha ibitaro biyaguhaye bishobora kuyikwishyuza kandi icyo kiguzi ntabwo twe tukijyena, kuko umurwayi ntabwo ajya kwa muganga ngo aterwe amaraso gusa ahubwo aba ari mu bitaro cyangwa hari ibindi bizami yakoresheje. Utwo ni utuntu duto twivangamo ariko tutakwitwa ikiguzi cyo gutanga maraso.”
