Rulindo: Inzara iravuza ubuhuha mu mudugudu w’ikitegererezo none bamwe bari kuwuhunga

Bamwe mu batujwe mu mudugudu w’ikitegererezo wa Ryanyirakayobe uherereye mu Murenge wa Buyoga mu Karere ka Rulindo, bari kuwuvamo bavuga ko bahunda imibereho mibi bari kuhagirira, bati “Inzu nziza udafite icyo uyiriramo ntacyo ivuze.”

Uwo mudugudu w’icyitegererezo wa Ryanyirakayobe uri mu kagari ka Butare, mu Murenge wa Buyoga, umaze imyaka igera kuri itanu utujwemo imiryango 120 yimuwe ahari ikiyaga gihangano cya Muyanza.

Bamwe mu baturage batuye muri uyu mudugudu bavuga ko kuba mu nzu itagira munsi y’urugo nta n’akandi kazi bafite ariyo ntandaro y’ubuzima bugoye buri gutuma bamwe bahunga uyu mudugudu.

Umwe yagize ati “Ntabwo ari ukuzivamo ku bushake, ni inzara ituvanamo kubera ko kugira ngo wicare muri izi nzu ntacyo ufite uziriramo ukavuga uti ‘wenda ngiye kwishakishiriza akandi hirya’ nk’ufite agafaranga akavuga ati ‘ngiye kugura mu cyaro mbone aho nubakira ka gahene cyangwa ka gakoko nge mbona uko ntanga mitiwere’.”

Uyu muturage akomeza avuga ko nyuma yo gutuzwa muri uyu mudugudu, harimo ababwirirwa bakanaburara.

Ati “Kuba ndi mu nzu nziza ntafite icyo ndya kandi nari mfite ahantu mpinga mfite n’aho nsarurira imyaka yanjye. Umuntu aguhaye inzu nziza ngo ujye uyiryamamo, udafite icyo uyiriramo ntacyo byaba bivuze.”

Avuga ko inzara ibamereye nabi

Abakiri muri izi nzu, bavuga ko nihatagira igikorwa na bo bazagenda kuko batakomeza kureba izo nziza gusa nyamara igifu kiri gusya ubusa.

Undi muturage ati “Ni ukunyereza sima ukareba hejuru parafo nyamara amara yafatanye n’umugongo ngo dutaha mu nzu nziza.”

Umuyobozi w’Akarere Wungirije ushinzwe Imibereho Myiza y’Abaturage, Mutaganda Theophile avuga ko iki kibazo kitari kizwi ariko ko bagiye guhita bugikurikirana.

Ati “Icyo kibazo ni gishya kuri njye ariko dufite gahunda yo kuba ibibazo bigaragara muri iyo midugudu yose twabireba hanyuma tukabiha umurongo, niba gihari nabizeza ko tubyinjiramo tukabiha umurongo tukareba ikibitera hanyuma tugashaka umuti wabyo.”

Ibibazo nk’ibi by’abaturage bagaragaza ko bagowe n’imibereho yabo muri iyi midugudu batuzwamo si ubwa mbere byumvikanye haba muri iyi Ntara y’Amajyaruguru ndetse n’ahandi hatandukanye mu Gihugu.

Sena y’u Rwanda iherutse gushyiraho Komisiyo yihariye ishinzwe gucukumbura ibibazo nk’ibi biri mu midugudu ituzwamo abaturage, kugira ngo Guverinoma izabifatire umuti urambye.
