Rusizi: Babiri bafatanywe magendu bakuraga muri DRCongo barimo uwasanganywe ibitenge 410

Mu Karere ka Rusizi, abagabo babiri barimo uw’imyaka 52, bafatanywe imyenda binjiye mu Gihugu mu buryo butemewe n’amategeko bakuraga muri Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo.

Aba bantu bafashwe ku wa Gatandatu, tariki ya 13 Kanama, bafashwe na Polisi y’u Rwanda, Ishami rishinzwe kurwanya abanyereza imisoro (RPU) mu karere ka Rusizi.

Uyu w’imyaka 52 y’amavuko witwa Nizeyimana Amran wafatiwe mu Mudugudu wa Murindi mu Kagari ka Ruganda mu Murenge wa Kamembe aho yari atwaye mu modoka amabaro 13 ya caguwa.

Naho Ndagijimana Damascene w’imyaka 25 we yasanganywe ibitenge 410 yinjije mu buryo bwa magendu aho byasanzwe iwe mu rugo mu Mudugudu wa Mutara mu Kagari ka Gahinga mu Murenge wa Mururu.

Ushinzwe guhuza ibikorwa bya Polisi n’abaturage mu Ntara y’Iburengerazuba (RPCEO) Chief Inspector of Police (CIP) Mucyo Rukundo, yavuze Ishami rya Polisi rishinzwe kurwanya abanyereza imisoro ryahawe amakuru yizewe n’abaturage ko hari imodoka yo mu bwoko bwa Benz yari itwawe n’uwitwa Nzeyimana ipakiye amabaro y’imyenda ya caguwa yavaga Rusizi yerekeza mu mujyi wa Kigali.

Yagize ati “Hahise hashyirwa bariyeri muri uwo muhanda mu Mudugudu wa Murindi ubwo yahageraga abapolisi basatse imodoka yari atwaye basanga apakiye amabaro 13 y’imyenda ya caguwa ya magendu, niko guhita afatwa.”

Avuga ko ifatwa Ndagijimana na ryo ryagezweho kubera amakuru yatanzwe ko iwe mu rugo mu Mudugudu wa Mutara abitse ibitenge 410 yinjije mu Gihugu mu buryo bunyuranyije n’amategeko, hagahita hakorwa igikorwa cyo kumusaka, bakabimusangana.
