Ubushinjacyaha ku Rwego Rwisumbuye rwa Rusizi, bwasabiye umugabo w’imyaka 41 y’amavuko ukurikiranyweho gusambanya umwana we yibyariye akanamutera inda, gufungwa imyaka 25.

Ubushinjacyaha bwasabiye iki gihano uyu mugabo mu rubanza rwabaye ku ya 04 Ukwakira 2022 mu Rrukiko Rwisumbuye rwa Rusizi.

Ubushinjacyaha buvuga ko uyu mwana wasambyijwe na se, yamubyaye akiri umusore, yamara gushaka umugore akamuzana iwe, ubundi agatangira kujya amusambanya mu mwaka wa 2019.

Buvuga ko nyuma yuko uyu mugabo yaje gutera inda uyu mwana we, umugore w’uyu mugabo agahita ajya kumurega ariko akaza gutotezwa n’umuryango bituma aza kumushinjura ndetse n’inda yari yarateye uwo mwana iburirwa irengero.

Ubushinjacyaha buvuga ko iyo nda ishobora kuba yarakuwemo, buvuga ko uyu mugabo yongeye gutera inda umwana we mu kwezi kwa Gatandatu (Kamena) 2020, yaje kuvukamo umwana w’umuhungu wavutse muri Werurwe 2021.

Ibi byatumye abaturanyi batanga amakuru, inzego z’ubutabera zihita zitangira kubikurikirana.

Ubushinjacyaha buvuga ko bushingiye ku buhamya bwatanzwe n’abatangabuhamya ndetse n’ibimenyetso bya gihanga bya ADN/DNA byagaragaje ko umwana wavutse ari uw’uriya mugabo, uregwa akwiye guhamwa n’icyaha cyo gusambanya umwana.

Ubushinjacyaha bwasabiye uyu mugabo gufungwa imyaka 25 bushingiye ku ngingo ya 4 y’itegeko y’itegeko No 69/2019 ryo ku wa 08/11/2019 rihindura itegeko No 68/2018 ryo ku wa 30/08/2018 riteganya ibyaha n’ibihano muri rusange.
