U Bushinwa bwagaragaje gushyigikira DRCongo buha ubutumwa imitwe irimo M23

U Bushinwa bwasabye imitwe yitwaje intwaro iri mu burasirazuba bwa Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo, gushyira hasi intwaro vuga na bwangu.

Bikubiye mu itangazo ryashyizwe hanze kuri iki Cyumweru tariki 02 Ukwakira 2022 na Ambasade y’u Bushinwa muri Repubulika Iharanira Dekokarasi ya Congo.

Iri tangazo rivuga ko “U Bushinjwa bwifatanyije na Guverinoma ya Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo, kandi burasaba imitwe yitwaje intwaro iri mu burasirazuba bwa Congo gushyira hasi intwaro vuba na bwangu, ubundi ikubahiriza inzira z’ibiganiro kandi ikabyitabira mu rwego rwo kwambura intwaro abarwanyi no kubasubiza mu buzima busanzwe.”

Ambasaderi w’u Bushinwa mu Muryango w’Abibumbye, Dai Bing aherutse kugaragaza ibikorwa byo guhotera ikiremwamuntu biri kubera mu Burasirazuba bwa Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo, avuga ko ubu ingingo yihutirwa ari ukugarura amahoro muri aka gace.

Yagize ati “Mu bihe byatambutse ikibazo cy’umutekano mucye mu Burasirazuba rwa Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo cyakomeje kuba agatereranzamba. Imvururu zabaye urudaca, kandi ibi bigira ingaruka kuri benshi biganjemo inzirakarengane z’abasivile kandi bikanagira ingaruka ku mahoro muri DRC ndetse no mu Karere kose.”

Ambasaderi Dai Bing yavuze ko imitwe nka M23 yatumye umubare munini w’abaturage bagirwaho ingaruka n’ibikorwa byayo aho bamwe bakuwe mu byabo.

Ati “U Bushinjwa bushyigikiye DRC mu bikorwa bya Gisirikare byayo byo kurwanya ihohoterwa rikorerwa abaturage, byatumye ifatanya na MONUSCO n’Ibihugu byo mu karere.”

Uyu mudipolomate w’u Bushinwa uvuga ko kugarura amahoro muri Congo, ari ingingo ikwiye kwibandwaho, yavuze ko u Bushinwa bushyigikiye ko MONUSCO ikoresha uburyo bujyanye n’uko ibibazo biteye muri iki gihe kandi ikongera imbaraga mu mikoranire na Guverinmaya Congo kugira ngo bagarure amahoro.
