Radio mpuzamahanga y’abafaransa (RFI) ivuga ko abayobozi barenga ½ cy’abayobora uyu muryango basohoye ibaruwa ifunguye yamagana ababangamira uburenganzira bw’abatinganyi.

Ibi bibaye nyuma yaho igihugu cya Hongariye gisohoye itegeko ritavuzweho rumwe ribuza abana b’abatiganyi kugana ishuli.

Baraburira abamagana abatinganyi ko uburayi bufite umushinga wo kutemerera ababahohotera kuko bitari mu ndangagaciro n’amahame agenga abanyaburayi kubyerekeye imibonano mpuzabitsina.

Ibihugu bishyigikiye bikanasinya iyi baruwa birimo ubufaransa,ububirigi,Denmark, ubudage, Estonia, Ireland, ubugereki, Espagne,ubutariyani Cyprus, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Ubuholandi, Finland na Swede.
