Uruganda Inyange Industries rutunganya ibinyobwa bidasembuye, bizwiho umwihariko wo kugira icyanga gihanitse, ruvuga ko ikoranabuhanga rikoreshwa mu gutunganya amata ryizewe, kuko umuntu ashobora kuyagura akayamarana amezi icyenda atayakonjesheje, kandi akaba agifite ubuziranenge yakoranywe.

Abagiriwe amahirwe yo kwinjira muri uru ruganda, bakagaragarizwa imikorere yarwo, bavayo barwirahira, aho umuntu akinjira yerekwa uburyo amata avuye ku borozi yakirwa, ubundi hagasuzumwa ayujuje ubuziranenge akinjira; ayo basanganye ibibazo agahezwa hanze y’umuryango.

Hakurikiraho akazi k’ibyuma bitandukanye, aho ikoranabuhanga riyacanirira ku bushyuye buri rugero ruri hagati y’ 135 n’ 140, kandi bigakorwa hagati y’amasegonda ane na cumi n’atanu gusa.

Umuyobozi mukuru wa Inyange Industries, James Biseruka avuga ko ikoranabuhanga rikoreshwa n’uru ruganda mu gutunganya aya mata, atuma aya mata asohokana ubuziranenge bwo hejuru, bunatuma akundwa na buri wese.

Ati “Iyo urebye mu mata yose dukora; hafi 90% ni yo mata agurishwa cyane ku isoko kandi anihuta. Icyo twashakaga ni ukugira ngo abantu bamenye uburyo akorwamo kugira ngo agere ku mezi icyenda cyangwa amezi atandatu akiri mazima. Nta kindi kibitera ni uko amata tuba twayakoze, tukayafunga neza, akagumamo ntahure n’umwuka, akagumamo ari meza. Akamara amezi icyenda adakeneye gukonjeshwa.”

Avuga ko iri koranabuhanga ritaje gufunga ibyuma bisanzwe bitanga amata atanyuze muri iryo koranabuhanga.

Ati “Ariya na yo ni meza, tuyategura nk’uko dutegura aya. Turayafata tukayateka tukayakonjesha. Aho bitandukaniye n’aya yandi ni uko hari ahantu hatari ibyuma bikonjesha, akaba yayajyana ahantu mu giturage bakayanywa batayakonjesheje. Aho bitaniye n’uko ariya [ayo ku cyuma] na yo ni meza, ariko ntarenza iminsi itanu, ayafata agahita ayanywa aho kuyasiga atari mu cyuma gikonjesha.”

Umuyobozi mukuru ushinzwe guteza imbere ubworozi mu kigo cy’igihugu gishinzwe iterambere ry’Ubuhinzi n’Ubworozi (RAB), Dr Solange Uwituze, asaba abaturage kureka amata yo ku igare.

Ati “Ariya mata duha abana bacu yo kumagare afite ikibazo, uyu munsi umuntu ukugemurira amata ntabwo uba uzi niba inka ye yararwaye akayitera antibiyotike. Hari igihe uba usanga umwana wawe umugaburira za antibiyotike, wamujyana kwa muganga bakamuha amokisiserine ntizimufate, ariko iyo umuhaye amata aciye aha ngaha (mu ruganda Inyange) biriya byose baba babikuyemo.”

Avuga ko iyi mikorere mishya y’uruganda Inyange izagira uruhare mu guhangana n’igwingira ryugarije 33% by’abana mu Rwanda.

Ati “Turabona ko iri koranabuhanga rya UHT rishobora kuzadufasha nk’Abanyarwanda kugabanya imirire mibi, tukava kuri 33% by’abana bagwingiye, tukagera kuri 19% bitarenze mu mwaka wa 2024.”

Uru ruganda Inyange ruvuga ko 60% y’ibyo binjiza biva mu bucuruzi bw’amata, bityo ko hari gushakiswa uburyo hongerwa ingano y’amata rutunganya

Ikigo gifite inshingano zo kongera umukamo, kivuga ko bafite umukoro wo gushaka Litiro miliyoni ebyibiri z’amata buri munsi, kugira ngo uruganda ruri hafi gukora amata y’ifu rubona Litiro ibihumbi 650 ku munsi ndetse n’Inyange ikabona uburyo bwo gutunganya amata arenze Litiro ibihumbi 350 basanzwe batunganya ku munsi.

Iyi mikorere y’uruganda Inyange izatuma Abanyarwanda basatira ikigero cyo kunywa amata giteganywa n’Ishami ry’Umuryango w’Abibumbye rishinzwe ibiribwa, riteganya ko umuturage umwe agomba kunywa Litiro 120 z’amata ku mwaka, mu gihe umwaka ushize wa 2022, imibare igaragaza ko Umunyarwanda ageze kuri Litiro 75,3 ku mwaka.
