Prof. Rwanyindo Pierre Ruzirabwoba uzwi mu bushakashatsi bwo kubaka amahoro n’ubumwe mu muryango mugari w’Abanyarwanda, yitabye Imana ku myaka 89, abamuzi bagaruka ku bikorwa yakoze byagiriye benshi akamaro.

Nyakwigendera yitabye Imana mu mpera z’icyumweru twaraye dusoje, ku wa Gatandatu, tariki 04 Ugushyingo 2023, aguye mu Bitaro Bikuru bya Gisirikare i Kanombe mu Karere ka Kicukiro.

Prof. Rwanyindo Pierre yayoboye Ikigo cy’Igihugu cy’Ubushakashatsi n’Ibiganiro Mpaka bigamije kubaka amahoro IRDP cyagize uruhare runini mu kugarura ubumwe n’ubwiyunge mu Banyarwanda nyuma ya Jenoside yakorewe Abatutsi.

Yanabaye umwarimu muri Kaminuza Nkuru y’u Rwanda, aho abamuzi yaba abo yigishije ndetse n’abo bakoranye, bose bavuga ko yari inyangamugayo, agahora yifuza amahoro n’imibanire myiza mu bantu.

By’umwihariko Ikigo IRDP yayoboye, kizwiho kuba cyarunganiye gahunda za Leta y’u Rwanda mu kongera kubaka ubumwe n’ubwiyunge mu Banyarwanda, kibinyujije mu bushakashatsi n’ibiganiro cyakoze.

Umuyobozi Mukuru wa IRDP, Dr Eric Ndushabandi avuga ko yahuriye na nyakwigendera mu Gihugu cy’amahanga mu Bubiligi mu myaka 11 ishize ubwo yariho amurika ubushakashatsi ku bijyanye n’ubwoko bwahozeho mu Rwanda [Abahuru, Abatutsi n’Abatwa] bugaragaza ko ari inzitizi y’amahoro mu Rwanda.

Eric Ndushabandi yagize ati “Namubajije ibibazo bikomeye birimo inyurabwenge. Yarambwiye ati ‘nusoza amasomo yawe ya PhD, uzagaruke tugomba gukorana’ […] Yarambwiye ati ‘ngwino dufatanye gukora kuri ibyo bibazo bikomeye, tugamije kubaka amahoro arambye mu Rwanda’.”

Dr Eric Ndushabandi na we uzwi mu biganiro bigamije kubaka umuryango mugari bifasha benshi, avuga ko afatira urugero kuri nyakwigendera Prof Rwanyindo. Ati “Ni umugabo wakoranaga umuhate agakora no ku ngingo zikomeye cyane.”

Benshi mu bagarutse ku byarangaga Rwanyindo, bavuga ko yabereye urugero benshi, akanigirwaho indangagaciro ziboneye zifasha benshi kwitwara neza no kubanira neza abandi dore ko aho yabaga hose, yaharaniraga ko hahorana ituze.
