Abahanga mu bukungu barerekana ko ingengo y’imari ishingiye ku misoro idashoboka

N’ubwo guverinoma y’u Rwanda igaragaza ko 33.1% by’ingengo y’imari y’umwaka wa 2021/2022 agomba kuva mumisoro, abahanga mubukungu bavuga ko bitazashoboka. Ibi babishingira ingamba zo kurwanya covid19 zikomeje kubangamira imikorere. Ahubwo ngo n’imisoro yabonetse mumwaka ushize, na yo  ngo ishobora kutazaboneka.

Imibare ya goverinoma y’u Rwanda igaragaza ko miliyari 2,543.3 FRW, ni ukuvuga 67% bya miliyari 3,806.9 FRW, ari nayo ngengo y’imari y’umwaka wa 2021/22, agomba kuva imbere mugihugu. Iyi mibare igatomora neza ko muri iyi 67%, miliyari 1,263.3 frw niyo agomba kuva mimisoro. Izi miliyari uzigereranije n’aya mafaranga yose yitezwe kuva imbere mugihugu, urasanga imisoro yihariye 48%. Ariko kungengo y’imari yose u Rwanda ruteganya gukoresha, iyi mibare itomora neza ko imisoro izaba ifite uruhare rwa 33.1%.

Ariko abahanga mubukungu bavuga uyu muhigo ugoye. Ahubwo basanga lea igomba gushyiraho ingamba zongera umubare w’abasora.

Umuhanga mu bukungu  Dr. Bihira Canisius agaruka kuri iyi ngingo yagize ati “ Mbona ko bikomeye, kubera ko nk’uko wabivugaga iki cyorezo cya covid19 cyadushyize mucyuho cyane. Nkumva bishobotse ntitwongere gusubira muri guma murugo, na guma mukarere ikavaho, nibwo abantu bakongera gukora. Mbese ibikorwa by’ubukungu byarahungabanye, kuburyo utakwizera imisoro yaboneka no kukigero yariho mbere y’uko covid iza.

“Dr. Bihira ashingiye ku ngamba zo kwirinda ikwirakwira rya covid19, zirimo na guma murugo, ngo asanga imisoro aho kuzamuka ngo izagabanuka.

Ubwo herekanwaga ingengo y’imari ya 2021-2022, Minisitiri w’Imari n’Igenamigambi, Dr Uzziel Ndagimana yavuze ko umwenda u Rwanda rwafashe mu mwaka ushize wa 2020-2021 ndetse n’uwo ruteganya gufata muri uyu wa 2021-2022 utaremerereye igihugu

N’ubwo iyi mibare igaragaza ko ijanisha ry’igice cy’amafaranga ava imbere mugihu giteganijwe kwiyongera, ugereranije n’ingengo y’imari y’umwaka wa 2020/2021; muri uwo mwaka imisoro yari miliyari 1,605.7. ibi bikaba bingana na 49.4% bya milyari 3.245.7 FRW yakoreshejwe muri uyu mwaka unagana kumusozo. Ariko iyi misoro na yo yagabanutse kukigero cya 10%. Ibi byatewe n’ingaruka za covid19. Ibi byatumye igihugu kirambriza kunkunga n’inguzanyo z’amahanga kuko ziyongereyeho 30% ugereranije n’umwaka wa 2019/2020.

Ufashe imisoro yitezwe muri 2021/2022, ukayigereranya n’iyo muri 2020/21, urasanga izagabanukaho miliyari 42 frw. Icyakora ushingiye ku kuri iyi mibare, usanga inguzanyo n’inkunga z’amahanga byaragabanutseho miliyari 12.2 frw. Iyi mibare irerekana ko amafaranga ateganijwe kuva mugihugu Atari imisoro, niyo azatuma ingengo y’imari ya 2021/22 izamuka kukigero cya 9.7% ugereranije n’iyakoreshejwe muri 2020/21.
