Abakora muri serivisi zakira abantu basabwe gukomeza kwambara udupfukamunwa

Ubuyobozi bw’Ikigo cy’Igihugu cy’Iterambere RDB burasaba abakora muri serivisi zakira abantu benshi nka resiotora n’inzu zikorera abantu amasuku (Salons) kwambara udupfukamunwa igihe cyose bari muri ako kazi.

Itangazo rya RDB ryasohotse kuri uyu wa Kabiri tariki 17 Gicurasi 2022, rivuga ko nyuma y’imyanzuro y’inama y’Abaminisitiri yateranye mu cyumweru gishize tariki 13 Gicurasi “RDB iramenyesha abantu bose bakora muri serivisi zituma bahura n’abakiliya nka resitora, salon, ndetse n’ahandi kwambara udupfukamunwa igihe cyose bagiye kwakira abakiliya.”

Inama y’Abaminisitiri yateranye mu cyumweru gishize, yemeje ko kwambara agapfukamunwa bitakiri itegeko.

Ingingo C y’igice cya mbere cy’ibyemezo by’Iyi nama y’Abaminisitiri cyagarukaga ku ngamba zo gukumira ikwirakwirarya COVID-19, igira iti “Ntibikiri itegeko kwambara agapfukamunwa. Icyakora, abantu barashishikarizwa kwambara agapfukamunwa igihe bari ahantu hafunganye kandi hahuriye abantu benshi. Abaturage barakangurirwa kandi gukomeza kwipimisha kenshi no kubagiriza ingamba zo kwirinda COVID-19.”

Bamwe mu baturarwanda bishimiye iki cyemezo cyo gukuraho agapfukamunwa nyuma y’imyaka ibiri bigizwe itegeko.

Gusa hari n’abandi bakomeje kuvuga ko bazakomeza kukambara kugeza igihe bazumva umutimanama wabo ubasaba kugahagarika kuko babizi ko icyorezo cya COVID-19 kigihari.

Itangazo rya RDB risaba abakora muri izi serivisi kwambara udupfukamunwa mu gihe bari kwakira abakiliya, risohotse mu gihe mu Mujyi wa Kigali hakomeje kuvugwa umubare w’abantu benshi barwaye ibicurane byanatumye hari n’abibaza niba ari ibicurane bisanzwe cyangwa ari COVID-19.

Gusa bamwe mu basesengura, banavuga ko ibi bicurane bishobora kuba biterwa no kuba abantu bakuyemo udupfukamunwa bikaba byagize ingaruka ku mwuka batari bamenyereye.
