Abasirikare bakora ubuvuzi bibukijwe ko inshingano zabo zitagarukira ku bo muri RDF gusa

Umugaba Mukuru w’Ingabo z’u Rwanda zishinzwe Ubuvuzi, Maj Gen Ephrem Rurangwa yibukije abasirikare bakora muri uru rwego kimwe n’abasivile babafasha ko inshingano zabo zitagrukira ku kuvura abasirikare gusa, ahubwo ko zigera no ku baturage bose.

Maj Gen Ephrem Rurangwa yabitangaje kuri uyu wa Kane tariki 26 Ukuboza 2024, ubwo yayoboraga inama yahuje abakora mu rwego rw’ubuvuzi bw’Ingabo z’u Rwanda.

Ni inama kandi yaganiriwemo uko serivisi z’ubuzima zihagaze mu Rwanda, ndetse n’intambwe imaze guterwa mu rwego rw’ubuvuzi byumwihariko mu basirikare ndetse no mu muryango mugari mu rusange.

Ubwo yatangizaga iyi nama, Umugaba Mukuru w’Ingabo zishinzwe Ubuvuzi, Maj Gen Ephrem Rurangwa yasabye abayitabiriye kongera imbaraga mu byo bakora kugira ngo bakomeze gutanga serivisi nziza kandi banafashe RDF kugera ku ntego iri mu z’ibanze.

Yagize ati “Inshingano zacu muri iyi serivisi ni ugutanga ubuvuzi bw’ibanze ku basirikare, abakora mu nzego z’umutekano, ndetse n’imiryango yabo, ndetse no mu Gihugu muri rusange. Inshingano zacu ariko ntizigarukira kuri aba bambara imyenda ya gisirikare gusa, ahubwo zigera ku baturage bose mu Gihugu.”

Yaboneyeho kandi gusaba abakora muri ubu buvuzi kwihatira kwihugura ndetse no gushakisha ubumenyi byumwihariko mu ikorabuhanga rigezweho ryifashishwa mu nshingabo zabo kugira ngo barusheho gutanga serivisi nziza zisumbuyeho.
