Baratanga impuruza kubera bamwe batakariza ubuzima aho bwagakwiye kuramirirwa

Bamwe mu baturage bivuriza ku Bitaro bikuru bya Gisenyi mu Karere ka Rubavu binubira serivisi mbi bahabwa na bamwe mu baganga, ku buryo hari n’abahatakariza ubuzima kubera kurangaranwa, basaba Leta kwinjira muri ibi bibazo.

Benshi mu banenga imitangire itanoze ya serivisi z’ibi Bitaro Bikuru by’Akarere ka Rubavu, ni ababyeyi bajya kuhabyarira, barimo n’abemeza ko hari abana babo bahatakarije ubuzima bababyara.

Nyirarukundo Diane wo mu Murenge wa Nyakiriba avuga ko yoherejwe kubyarira muri ibi Bitaro, ariko abaganga bakamukorera ibikorwa byangije umwana we akiri mu nda, bituma ahatakariza ubuzima.

Iyo serivise mbi ikunze kugarukwaho na bamwe mu baturage bagana ibitaro bya Gisenyi bamwe muri bo bagaragaza ko yabasigiye ibikomere n’ingaruka zitandukanye.

Umwe ati “Bamukuruza ibyuma yari amaze iminsi ibiri ari ku nda batamwitayeho ngo babe bamubaga cyangwa babe bamukorera ibindi bageze aho babona umwana arapfa na nyina arapfa bahitamo kumukuruza ibyuma umwana avuka afite ikibazo muri ubwo buryo, njye serivise ndayikemanga kuko iyo umuntu amaze iminsi ibiri ari gutaka umwuka uba wabaye mukeya ubwo rero niyo mpamvu njyewe umwana mfite yamazemo amafaranga.”

Umuyobozi mukuru w’ibitaro bya Gisenyi, CSP Dr Tuganeyezu Oreste avuga ko bazi ikibazo cya serivisi ikiri hasi muri ibi Bitaro kubera ibibazo bitandukanye bityo ko bafashe ingamba zigamije kuyizamura ku bufatanye n’izindi nzego zitandukanye.

Ati “Ni ikibazo tuzi, ni intambara turwana umunsi ku wundi kugira ngo tugende tunoza imitangire ya serivisi, turabizi ko tukiri kure kubera uwo mubare munini w’abatugana ndetse uwugereranyije n’umubare w’abakozi bituma koko abarwayi bashobora kumara akanya kanini mu bitaro mbere y’uko babona serivisi zose bakeneye bagasohoka.”

Ibitaro bya Gisenyi bivuga ko byita ku baturage bagera ku bihumbi 546 bo mu karere ka Rubavu, hakiyongeraho abava muri imwe mu Mirenge y’Uturere twa Nyabihu na Rutsiro, bigatuma umubare w’abagana ibi bitaro uzamuka cyane ukaruta ubushobozi bwabyo kubera umubare w’abaganga ukiri muto.
