Congo yashyize hanze ibimenyetso biri muri raporo ishinja u Rwanda gufasha M23

Umuvugizi wa Guverinoma ya Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo, yatangaje ko bakiranye ubwuzu raporo y’impuguke z’Umuryango w’Abibumbye ishinja ingabo z’u Rwanda gufasha M23, anagaruka ku bimenyetso bikubiye muri iyo raporo.

Minisitiri w’Itumanaho n’Itangazamakuru, Patrick Muyaya akaba n’Umuvugizi wa Guverinoma wa DRC, mu itangazo yatangiye kuri Radio Okapi, yongeye gushimangira ko u Rwanda rufasha umutwe wa M23.

Raporo y’izi mpuguke z’Umuryango w’Abibumbye yamaze gushyikirizwa akanama gashinzwe umutekano ku Isi, ivuga ko hari ibimenyetso bikomeye bigaragaza ko ingabo z’u Rwanda zafatanyije n’umutwe wa M23 mu bikorwa bihungabanya umutekano mu burasirazuba bwa Congo.

Ubwo yagarukaga ku bikubiye muri iyo raporo y’impuguke yavuzweho kuri uyu wa Kane tariki 04 Kanama, Patrick Muyaya yagize ati “Bimwe mu bimenyetso byakusanyijwe harimo amafoto y’abasirikare b’u Rwanda bagaragaye mu birindiro bya M23, amafoto yafashwe na drone agaragaza umurongo muremure w’abasirikare benshi bagendagenda ku butaka bwa Congo ndetse n’amafoto n’amashusho agaragaza abarwanyi ba M23 bambaye impuzankano z’igisirikare cy’u Rwanda.”

Ibi bimenyetso bitari bishya kuko nubundi byigeze kuvugwa, gusa abasesenguzi bemeza ko kuba bariya barwanyi bakwambara imyambaro isa n’iya RDF cyangwa bakumvikana bavuga Ikinyarwanda, atari ikimenyetso gihagije ko ari ab’u Rwanda cyangwa ngo babe bafashwa n’u Rwanda.

Patrick Muyaya yavuze kandi ko iyi raporo yashyikirijwe akanama k’Umuryango w’Abibumbye gashinzwe umutekano nyuma y’iminsi Umuryango Mpuzamahanga uharanira iyubahirizwa ry’uburenganzira bwa muntu uzwi nka Human Rigths Watch (HRW) na wo wemeje ko u Rwanda rufatanya na M23.

Gusa uyu muryango wa HRW uzwiho guhimba amakuru y’ibinyoma biharabika u Rwanda aho kuva cyera wagiye ushyira hanze ibyo wita ubushakashatsi bwuzuye ibinyoma.

Uyu muvugizi wa Guverinoma ya DRC, yasabye akanama gashinzwe umutekano ku Isi gufatira u Rwanda ibihano ku bw’ibi bikorwa by’ubushotoranyi ngo byahitanye ubuzima bwa bamwe ndetse ngo no kubiruryoza mu rwego rw’ubutabera.

Guverinoma y’u Rwanda yakunze guhakana ibi birego, kuri uyu wa Kane na yo yari yasohoye itangazo igira icyo ivuga kuri iyi raporo nshya y’impuguke za UN aho yavuze ko ibiyikubiyemo ari ibinyoma bigamije kuyobya uburari no kugoreka ukuri kw’ibibazo Bihari.

U Rwanda rwavuze ko ikibazo cya M23 kizwi n’ubutegetsi bwa Congo ariko ko bukirengaho ahubwo igisirikare cyabwo kigafatanya n’umutwe wa FDLR uhungabanya umutekano w’u Rwanda.
