Kuri uyu wa Gatatu tariki 16 Kamena 2021 nibwo Minisitiri w’ubutegetsi bw’igihugu, Gatabazi Jean Marie Vianney yashyize umukono ku mabwiriza mashya yo kurwanya COVID-19, ingamba zasize akarere ka Rubavu gashyizwe muri “Guma mu Karere”, gahunda itemerera abagatuye kugira akandi karere bajyamo uhereye kuri uyu wa Kane tariki 17 Kamena 2021.

Aya mabwiriza avuga ko guhera kuri uyu wa kane tariki 17 Kamena 2021 aka karere ka Rubavu gashyizwe muri “Guma mu karere” kugira ngo inzego zibishinzwe zifatanye n’abaturage zishobore gukurikirana neza no kugenzura iki cyorezo cya COVID-19 gikomeje gukaza umurego.

Muri aka karere ka Rubavu kandi guhera kuri uyu wa Kane tariki 17 Kamena 2021, ingendo zirabujijwe guhera saa moya z’ijoro (19h00’) kugeza saa kumi za mu gitondo (4:00 AM).

Gusa abakora ubwikorezi bw’ibicuruzwa hakoreshejwe ibinyabiziga bemerewe kubizana mu karere ka Rubavu kandi abafite ibicuruzwa byamburakiranya umupaka nabo bemerewe kubyambutsa hakurikijwe amabwiriza abigenga.

Amabwiriza mashya areba akarere ka Rutsiro avuga ko guhera kuri uyu wa Kane tariki 17 Kamena 2021, ingendo zirabujijwe guhera saa moya z’ijoro (19h00’) kugeza saa kumi za mu gitondo (4:00 AM).

Rubaya, Cyumba na Kaniga mu karere ka Gicumbi. Matimba, Musheri, Rwempasha, Tabagwe, Karama na Kiyombe mu karere ka Nyagatare.
