Gasabo: Akarere kavuze ku mukarani w’ibarura byavuzwe ko yashumurijwe imbwa n’aho yari agiye kubarura ikamurya

Ubuyobozi bw’Akarere ka Gasabo bwagize icyo buvuga ku makuru y’umukarani w’ibarura byavugwaga ko yagiye mu rugo rw’abakire ruherereye mu Murenge wa Gasanze, bakamushumuriza imbwa ikamurya.

Amakuru y’uyu mugore wariwe n’imbwa y’aho yari agiye mu gikorwa cy’ibarura, yabanje kuvugwa ku mbuga nkoranyamaba za bamwe.

Umunyamakuru Alphonse Twahirwa, mu butumwa yanyujije kuri Twitter, yashyizeho amafoto agaragaza aho uyu mukarani w’ibarura yarumwe n’imbwa ku itako.

Uyu munyamakuru yavugaga ko uyu mukarani w’ibarura yariwe n’iyo mbwa yo rugo rwo mu Mudugudu wa Agatagara mu Kagari ka Gasanze mu Murenge wa Nduba mu Karere ka Gasabo.

Yari yagize ati “Yageze ku gipangu cy’umukire banga ko yinjira bamuteza imbwa. Ni uku zamugize. Ubu ari kwivuza ku kavuriro gato kari i Gasanze.”

Aho uyu mukarani yarumwe n’imbwa

Ubuyobozi bw’Akarere bwavuze ko uyu mukarani w’ibarura koko yariwe n’imbwa ariko ntubwavuga ku byo kuba yayitejwe n’abo muri uru rugo.

Ubutumwa bwanyuze kuri Twitter y’Akarere ka Gasabo, bugira buti “Twihanganishije uyu mukarani w’ibarura. Ubwo yagera kwa Kanani yasanze hakinguye arinjira, umwana yaje kureba uwinjiye ari kumwe n’imbwa ayibonye agira ubwoba ahungira ku mwana aragwa ihita imurya arakomereka.”

Ubuyobozi bw’Akarere ka Gasabo buvuga ko uyu mukarani w’ibarura, yahise ajyanwa kwa muganga, ubu akaba akomeje kwitabwaho.

Bamwe mu bakarani b’ibarura bo mu Mujyi wa Kigali, babwiye RADIOTV10 ko zimwe mu mbogamizi bakomeje guhura na zo ari abantu baba mu bipangu babasuzugura bakanga kubakingurira bigatuma biyambaza inzego z’umutekano ngo zibabafashe.

Ubwo iri barura rusange rya gatanu, ryari rigiye gutangira, Ikigo cy’Igihugu gishinzwe iburarishamire, cyasabye Abaturarwanda kuryitabira kandi bakajya borohereza abakarani b’ibarura ndetse bakanababwira amakuru bazababaza kuko ari mu nyungu rusange z’Igihugu.
