Guverinoma yasobanuriye abarimu impamvu yasanze kubashyiriraho Iguriro ryihariye bidashoboka

Guverinoma y’u Rwanda yasubije abarimu bifuje ko habaho iguriro ryihariye ryabo [Mwarimu Shop], ibamenyesha ko kuba ritarashyizwe mu bikorwa atari uko ryibagiranye, ahubwo ari uko basanze ridashoboka ariko ko igisubizo cyaryo cyatangiwe mu kongererwa umushahara.

Byatangajwe na Minisitiri w’Intebe Dr Edouard Ngirente kuri uyu wa Gatatu tariki 02 Ugushyingo 2022 ubwo hizihizwaga umunsi mpuzamahanga wahariwe mwarimu.

Umurezi witwa Nahimana Didier akaba n’umuyobozi wungirije ushinzwe amasomo mu ishuri rya Camp Kigali riherereye mu Karere ka Nyarugenge mu Mujyi wa Kigali, yabajije Minisitiri w’Intebe iherezo ry’igitekerezo cy’iguriro ryihariye ry’abarimu.

Yatangiye agaragaza ko abarimu bafite akanyamuneza nyuma yuko Guverinoma y’u Rwanda ibazamuriye umushahara.

Ati “Ariko mu gutera imbere cyane nashakaga kuvuga ku kintu kijyanye na Mwarimu Shop. Hanze aha nk’abarezi tuzi ko ikintu cyose umuntu ashyizeho umutima kirashoboka kandi na Leta irashoboye, twifuzaga ko mwatekereza cyane ku kintu kijyanye na Mwarimu Shop ku buryo cyagera mu Turere twose kugira ngo dushobore guhangana n’ibiciro biri ku isoko.”

Minisitiri w’Intebe, Dr Edouard Ngirente yavuze ko iri guriro ry’abarimu ryategerejweho ariko bakaba barabonye rigoye.

Yagize ati “Mwarimu Shop ntabwo twayibagiwe ahubwo twasanze idashoboka, twasanze igoye. Ndagira ngo mbabwize ukuri mu nama nk’iyi, muri abarezi tuba tugomba kubabwiza ukuri kugira ngo duteze imbere Igihugu cyacu.”

Dr Ngirente yavuze ko icyagombaga kuza nk’igisubizo cy’iri guriro ry’abarimu, cyaziye rimwe no kuzamura umushahara wabo.

Ati “Igituma twazamuye umushahara wa mwarimu muri ziya proportions [mu mibare] mwabonye, ni uko twari twabanje gutekereza mwarimu shop tuza gusanga mwarimu shop igoye mu Rwanda kubera ko niba abarimu bari mu Karere kamwe, iryo duka warishyira he?

None se kugira ngo mwarimu ajye kugura umunyu cyangwa isukari, ko abarimu bagiye bari mu Mirenge no mu Tugari dutandukanye, yajya atega moto agiye kugura isukari?”

Yakomeje agira ati “Twasanze Mwarimu Shop igoye hanyuma turavuga ngo kugira ngo mwarimu ubuzima bwe bugende neza reka ducungire mu mushahara ahubwo tuwongere.”

Yavuze ko icyari gushoboka ari ugushyiraho iguriro rimwe muri buri Karere mu gihe byagaragara ko haba hakenewe ko riba muri buri Kagari ku buryo bigoye.

Ati “Murumva namwe ku gushyira mu bikorwa Mwarimu Shop ari ibintu byagorana cyane kurusha uko mwarimu twamwongereye umushahara agahaha ku isoko risanzwe.”

Ibi biganiro byo kwizihiza Umunsi Mpuzamahanga wa mwarimu, byaranzwe no kugaragaza akanyamuneza k’abarezi nyuma yo kongererwa umushahara, baboneraho kwizeza Guverinoma ko na bo bazatanga umusansu bifuzwaho mu kuzamura ireme ry’uburezi.
