Guverinoma yavuze za Miliyari yigomwe ngo ibiciro bya Lisansi bidatumbagira bikabije

Guverinoma y’u Rwanda yatangaje ibiciro bishya by’ibikomoka kuri Peteroli byongeye kuzamuka nubwo yashyizemo nkunganire aho lisansi yagombaga kuzamukaho 307 Frw yiyongereyeho 149 Frw.

Ibi biciro bishya byatangajwe kuri iki Cyumweru tariki 07 Kanama 2022, bigaragaza ko Igiciro cya Lisansi mu Mujyi wa Kigali kitagomba kurenza 1 609 Frw naho icya mazutu kikaba kitagomba kurenza 1 607 Frw kuri Litiro imwe.

Ibiciro bishya bitangira kubahirizwa kuri uyu wa Mbere tariki 08 Kanama 2022, bije bikurikira ibyaherukaga aho litiro ya Lisansi yariri iri ku 1 460 Frw mu gihe iya Mazutu yaguraga 1 503. Bivuze ko Lisansi yazamutseho 149 Frw naho Mazutu ikaba yiyongereyeho 104 Frw.

Ibi biciro bishya byashyizweho nanone Leta ishyizemo nkunganire y’imisoro yigomwa kuva muri Gicurasi 2021 kuko iyo idashyiramo iyi nkunganire, litira ya Lisansi yari kuba yiyongereyeho 307 Frw naho Mazutu ikaba yari kuba yazamutseho 254 Frw.

Minisitiri w’Ibikorwa Remerezo, Dr Ernest Nsabimana yagize ati “Ubushize Leta na bwo yakoze isesengura ireba ibi biciro dufite uyu munsi uko byari byazamutse, ishyiramo iriya nkunganire, ni na ko uyu munsi byagenze. Leta yashyizemo hafi miliyari 10 Frw kugira ngo nibura ibiciro bigabanuke.”

Dr Nsabimana yamaze impungenge abashobora gukeka ko igiciro cy’ingendo gishobora kuzamuka, avuga ko Ishyira iyi nkunganire ishyira muri ibi biciro by’ibikomoka kuri Peteroli iba igamije kugira ngo ibiciro by’ingendo bitazamuka bikaba byanagira ingaruka ku mibereho y’abaturage.

Avuga kandi ko hari n’izindi nkunganire zitangwa na Leta mu bijyanye no gutwara abagenzi mu buryo bwa rusange kugira ngo ibiciro by’ingendo bitazamuka bikaba byanagira ingaruka ku zindi nzego z’imibereho y’abaturarwanda.

Ati “Usibye n’aya mafaranga miyali 10 Leta iba yigomwe, nubundi hari andi mafaranga Leta ishyira mu rwego rwo gutwara abantu mu buryo bwa rusange, kugeza ubu imaze gutanga hafi miliyari 35 haba mu kubunganira mu bijyanye na mazutu cyangwa Lisansi, inguzanyo bagenda bafata muri banki ndetse no gufasha umugenzi kugira ngo igiciro kitazamuka.”

Ibi biciro bishya by’ibikomoka kuri Peteroli bizongera guhindurwa nyuma y’amezi abiri, byarushijeho gutumbagira ubwo hadukaga intambara hagati y’u Burusiya na Ukraine ikomeje kuzahaza ubukungu bw’Isi.
