Umuyobozi w’Ishuri ribanza ryo mu Karere ka Ruhango ari mu maboko y’Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha (RIB) akurikiranyweho gusambanya ku gahato umwarimu w’umugabo mugenzi we. Uregwa ngo si ubwa mbere akurikiranyweho icyaha nk’iki.

Uyu muyobozi w’ishuri ari mu maboko ya RIB kuva kuri uyu wa Gatatu tariki 09 Mutarama 2024, akaba acumbikiwe kuri Sitasiyo y’uru Rwego rw’Ubugenzacyaha ya Kabagari.

Iyi tariki uyu muyobozi w’ishuri ribanza yaterewe muri yombi, ni na yo yabereyeho icyaha akekwaho, cyabereye mu Mudugudu wa Karambo, Akagari ka Murama mu Murenge wa Bweramana.

Bivugwa ko iki cyaha cyo gusambanya umwarimu w’umugabo mugenzi we cyabaye ubwo uyu muyobozi w’ishuri yacumbikiraga ukekwaho gukorerwa icyaha.

Amakuru yamenyekanye, ni uko uyu muyobozi w’ishuri yigeze gukurikiranwaho icyaha nk’iki cyo gusambanya abo bahuje igitsina, kuko no mu kwezi k’Ugushyingo 2021 yakurikiranyweho gusambanya abana b’abahungu.

Icyo gihe yaregewe Urukiko ariko ruza kwanzura kurekurwa by’agateganyo kuko Ubushinjacyaha butari bwagaragaje ibimenyetso bihagije byatuma akurikiranwa afunze.

ICYO ITEGEKO RITEGANYA

Itegeko riteganya ibyaha n’ibihano muri rusange

Ingingo ya 134: Gukoresha undi imibonano mpuzabitsina ku gahato

Umuntu wese ukoresha undi kimwe mu bikorwa bikurikira nta bwumvikane bubayeho, hakoreshejwe imbaraga, iterabwoba, uburiganya, ububasha amufiteho cyangwa abikoze ku bw’intege nke z’uwakorewe icyaha, aba akoze icyaha:

1° gushyira igitsina mu gitsina, mu kibuno cyangwa mu kanwa k’undi muntu;

2° gushyira urugingo urwo arirwo rwose rw’umubiri w’umuntu cyangwa ikindi kintu icyo aricyo cyose mu gitsina cyangwa mu kibuno by’undi muntu. 
Umuntu wese uhamijwe n’urukiko gukoresha imibonano mpuzabitsina ku gahato, ahanishwa igifungo kitari munsi y’imyaka icumi (10) ariko kitarenze imyaka cumi n’itanu (15) n’ihazabu y’amafaranga y’u Rwanda atari munsi ya miliyoni imwe (1.000.000 FRW) ariko atarenze miliyoni ebyiri (2.000.000 FRW).

Iyo gukoresha imibonano mpuzabitsina ku gahato byakozwe ku muntu ufite hejuru y’imyaka mirongo itandatu n’itanu (65), ku muntu ufite ubumuga cyangwa uburwayi butuma adashobora kwirwanaho, igihano kiba igifungo kirenze imyaka cumi n’itanu (15) ariko kitageze ku myaka makumyabiri (20) n’ihazabu y’amafaranga y’u Rwanda atari munsi ya miliyoni imwe (1.000.000 FRW) ariko atarenze miliyoni ebyiri (2.000.000 FRW).

Iyo gukoresha imibonano mpuzabitsina ku gahato byateye indwara idakira cyangwa ubumuga, uwabikoze ahanishwa igifungo kirenze imyaka makumyabiri (20) ariko itarenze imyaka makumyabiri n’itanu (25) n’ihazabu y’amafaranga y’u Rwanda atari munsi y’ibihumbi magana atanu (500.000 FRW) ariko atarenze miliyoni imwe (1.000.000 FRW).

Igihano kiba igifungo cya burundu iyo gukoresha imibonano mpuzabitsina ku gahato:

1° byakozwe n’abantu barenze umwe;

2° byateye urupfu uwabikorewe;

3° byakozwe ku muntu bafitanye isano kugeza ku gisanira cya kabiri;

4° byakozwe hagamijwe kumwanduza indwara idakira.
