Ibihugu byatangiye gusogongera ku isoko Nyafurika byahishuye imbogamizi yumvikana nk’iyoroshye ariko y’ingorabahizi

Abacuruzi bo mu Bihugu byatangiriyemo Isoko Rusange rya Afurika (AfCFTA), barimo n’abo mu Rwanda, bagaragaje ko ibyo gupfunyikamo ibicuruzwa bigihenze, bikanatuma n’igicuruzwa kijya ku isoko gihenze.

Ni imbogamizi isa nk’ihuriweho n’abacuruzi bo mu Bihugu birindwi birimo n’u Rwanda, byatangiriyeho ishyirwa mu bikorwa ry’iri soko rusange Nyafurika.

Aba bacuruzi babigaragarije mu imurikagurisha ryiswe ‘Intra Africa Trade Fair’ ryabereye mu Misiri mu cyumweru gishize, ryitabiriwe n’ibi Bihugu birindwi ndetse n’ibindi byose byo ku Mugabane wa Afurika.

Sangwa Marie Immaculee wo mu ruganda Zima Healty Group wari witabiriye iri murimagurisha, aganira n’umunyamakuru wa RADIOTV10 na we wakurikiranye iri murikagurisha mu Misiri, yamugaragarije zimwe mu mbogamizi bahise bakubitana na zo kuri iri soko.

Avuga ko n’ubusanzwe bigoye kubona ibyo gupfunyikamo ibicuruzwa, ariko ko bongeye kubona ko ari imbogamizi ikomeye ubwo batangiraga kujyana ibicuruzwa kuri iri soko, kuko bibasaba gushyira hejuru ibiciro bitewe no guhendwa n’ibyo gupfunyikamo.

Yagize ati “Usanga iyo tujyanye igicuruzwa cyacu ku isoko kiba gihenze cyane ugereranyije n’icy’abandi. Abantu baragikunda yego ariko ntibashobora kubasha kukigura kubera ko kiba gihenze. Igiciro cyo kuyikora kiba kiyongeye bitewe n’ibyo gupfunyikamo.”

Si umwihariko ku bacuruzi bo mu Rwanda gusa, kuko n’abo mu bindi Bihugu bya Afurika, bavuga ko izi mbogamizi zo kubona ibyo gupfunyikamo ibicuruzwa zikomeje, na bo bazifite.

Izi mbogamizi ziza ziyongeraho iz’Abanyafurika bacyumva ko ibyakorewe ku Mugabane wabo bidafite ireme, ndetse ko bihenze, bityo ko batabigura ahubwo bazajya bategereza ibiturutse hakurya y’inyanja.

Minisitiri w’Ubucuruzi n’Inganda, Dr Ngabitsinze Jean Chrysostome yemera ko icyo kibazo cy’ibura ry’ibyo gupfunyikamo gihari, ariko ko kiri gushakirwa umuti.

Yagize ati “hari abo twaganiriye bafite ikibazo cy’ibyo gupfunyikamo, ni byo turabizi ko dufite icyo kibazo bitewe na politike twahisemo yo kudakoresha pulasitike, ariko na yo turimo turayishakira igisubizo, turifuza ko haboneka inganda zikora ibyo gupfunyikamo byiza.”

Umunyamabanga Mukuru w’Isoko Rusange rya Africa, Wamkele Mene avuga ko kwita ku byo gupfunyikamo ari ingenzi, ariko ko hakenewe uruhare rw’Ibihugu n’ubufatanye mu gushyiraho politike zorohereza abanyenganda kubigeraho.

Yagize ati “Nka AfCFTA turasaba ko Ibihugu byakomeza gukorana no korohereza abanyenganda n’abifuza gushora imari cyane mu bijyanye n’ibyo gupfunyikamo, icyo cyazaba igisubizo kuri iki kibazo.”

Kugeza ubu mu Rwanda ibikoresho byangiza ibidukikije nk’amashashi ndetse nibya plastic bikoreshwa inshuro imwe ntibyemewe, icyakora mu bihe bitandukanye hakunze kugaragazwa imbogamizi y’igiciro kiri hejuru cy’ibipfunyikwamo byemewe ndetse no kuba ari bicye ku isoko ry’u Rwanda.
