Ibyabaye ku wari umaze amezi 8 yaribwe telefone byatumye agaragariza amarangamutima RIB

Uwari amaze amezi umunani yaribwe telefone, wari warihebye ko ibyayo byarangiye, akaba yarayisubijwe, yagaragaje amarangamutima y’ibyishimo yatewe no kuba Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha (RIB) rwarayifashe rukayimusubiza.

Uwitwa Rubibi Sabine kuri Twitter, mu butumwa yanyijije kuri uru rubuga nkoranyambaga, yavuze ko yibwe telefone muri Kanama (08) umwaka ushize ndetse ko yumvaga ibyayo byararangiye, agahita agura indi.

Yagize ati “Ariko umwe mu nshuti zanye yansabye kujya kubimenyesha RIB, hanyuma njyayo ntanga ubuhamya ariko nta cyizere nari mfite.”

Muri ubu butumwa bwe yanyujije kuri Twitter kuri uyu wa Mbere tariki 01 Gicurasi, yakomeje avuga ko nyuma y’ukwezi kumwe yibwe iyo telefone, yahise agura indi, kuko yumvaga ko itazaboneka.

Ati “Mu buryo bunkoze ku mutima, uyu munsi nahamagawe, bambwira ko ari kuri RIB ko natanze ikirego kijyanye na telefone yibwe, ko nanyura ku biro byabo nkayifata.”

Yakomeje agira ati “Nagiyeyo rero ariko ndi mu rujijo, nibaza icyabaye, natunguwe no kuba bansubije telefone yanjye nyuma y’amezi umunani.”

Uyu Rubibi Sabine, yashimiye uru Rwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha kuri iki gikorwa rwamukoreye, na rwo rumusubiza rugira ruti “Urakoze Sabine, twishimiye kugufasha.”

Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha rumaze iminsi rushimirwa ubufasha ruha bamwe mu baba bibwe, bakarwiyambaza, barimo umubyeyi uherutse gusubizwa 5 150 000 Frw yari yibwe n’abakozi babiri bakoraga iwe, banafashwe mu cyumweru gishize.

Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha kandi rukunze gusaba ababa bibwe, kujya batangira ku gihe amakuru, kugira ngo rutangire kubikurikirana, kuko iyo amakuru atangiwe ku gihe, binafasha uru rwego kugaruza ibiba byibwe.
