Solange Umutesi wari Umuyobozi Nshingwabikorwa w’Akarere ka Kicukiro, uherutse kwemerera Perezida Paul Kagame ko yagize uburangare ku kibazo yagombye kumwibutsa, yasimbuwe kuri uyu mwanya, hashyirwaho Antoine Mutsinzi.

Itangazo ryaturutse mu Biro bya Minisitiri w’Intebe ku gicamunsi cyo kuri uyu wa Gatanu tariki 31 Werurwe 2023, rigaragaza ko habayeho amavugurura mu bagize Urwego Nshingwabikorwa mu Karere ka Kicukiro.

Ku mwanya w’Umuyobozi Nshingwabikorwa w’aka Karere ka Kicukiro, hashyizweho Antoine Mutsinzi, akungirizwa na Ann Monique Huss wagizwe Umuyobozi Nshingwabikorwa Wungirije w’aka Karere.

Izi mpinduka mu Rwego Nshingwabikorwa mu Karere ka Kicukiro, zibaye nyuma y’iminsi ibiri Perezida Paul Kagame anenze imikorera y’uwari Umuyobozi Nshingwabikorwa w’aka Karere, Solange Umutesi.

Ubwo yasozaga Itorero ry’Abanyamabanga Nshingwabikorwa b’Utugari ku wa Kabiri tariki 28 Werurwe 2023, Perezida Paul Kagame yabajije Solange Umutesi iby’ikibazo cy’inyubako yariho yubakwa mu Karere ka Kicukiro ariko ibikorwa byayo bikaza guhagarara, hagakomeza kugaragara ibyari bikingirije ahubakwaga iyi nzu bigasaza bikagaragara nk’umwanda.

 

Yemeye ko yagize uburangare

Perezida Paul Kagame yibukije uyu wari Umuyobozi Nshingwabikorwa wa Kicukiro ko iki kibazo yari yakimugaragarije ubwo yasuraga aka Karere, akamwereka iyo nzu yari yambitswe ibintu bidasobanutse, akamusaba ko gikemuka.

Yagize ati “Hanyuma nyuma y’amezi nza kongera kuhanyura nsanga nta kintu na kimwe kigeze gikorwa […] Njye rero ntabwo nigeze mbyumva, ndongera mbwira Minisitiri w’Intebe n’abandi.”

Umukuru w’u Rwanda yabajije uyu muyobozi icyatumye hashira amezi iki kibazo kitarakemuka, atangira avuga ko asaba imbazi “kuko habayeho gutinda […] mukimara kubitwereka twegereye nyiri uriya mutungo yitwa Yannick dusanga twagize uburangare kuko icyangombwa cyari cyararangiye.”

Perezida Kagame yahise amubaza niba ari na we wabafashije kumenya ko icyo cyangombwa cy’uburenganzira bwo kubaka cyari cyarangije igihe, amubwira ko babisabira imbabazi.

Uyu wari Umuyobozi wa Kicukiro, yavuze ko nubwo uyu mushoramari wubakaga yahise ashaka ikindi cyangombwa ariko ntahite asubukura imirimo yo kubaka. Ati “Ni cyo twasabiraga imbabazi.”
