Impuguke igaragaje ingingo nshya ku cyizere cy’igabanuka ry’ibiciro

Imibare mishya y’Ikigo cy’Igihugu cy’Ibarurishamibare igaragaza ko ibiciro by’ibiribwa ku masoko yo mu cyaro byazamutse ku kigero cya 72% mu kwezi gushize, mu gihe mu minsi ishize Banki Nkuru y’u Rwanda yari yavuze ko mu mezi abiri ari imbere ibiciro ku isoko bizagabanuka. Impuguke mu bukungu ivuga ko iki cyizere ari gicye cyane.

Iyi mibare y’Ikigo cy’Igihugu cy’Ibarurishamibare, igaragaza ko mu kwezi kwa Werurwe (3) 2023 ibiciro ku isoko ry’u Rwanda byakomeje gutumbagira, kuko byazamutse ku kigero cya 31% ugereranyije n’igihe nk’icyo cy’umwaka wa 2022.

Ibiciro mu mijyi byazamutse ku kigero cya 19%, mu cyaro bigera kuri 39.5%. Mu cyaro kandi iyi ni imwe mu nshuro nke ibiciro by’ibiribwa n’ibinyobwa bidasembuye bizamutse ku kigera cya 72.4%.

Iyi mibare isohotse nyuma y’iminsi icumi gusa, Guverineri wa Banki Nkuru y’u Rwanda, John Rwangombwa atanze ihumure ko ibiciro ku isoko bishobora kuzamanuka.

Ubwo yatangaga iri humure, John Rwangombwa yari yagize ati “Ikibazo twagiraga giterwa n’ibiciro mpuzamahanga muri uyu mwaka tubona kizagabanuka. Ibyo rero bikaduha icyizere ko bizagira ingaruka nziza ku masoko yacu ko bizagenda bijya hasi. Kandi mwamaze kubibona ko ibiciro by’ibikomoka kuri peteroli bimaze igihe bigenda bimanuka.”

Yari yakomeje agira ati “Twizeye ko ibiciro by’ibiribwa twizeye ko igihembwe cya kabiri kizagenda neza bikagabanuka. Ni aho dushingira tuvuga ko mu gice cya kabiri ibiciro bizaba byongeye kumanuka.”

Impuguke mu by’ubukungu, akaba anigisha amasomo ajyanye na byo muri kaminuza, Dr. Fidele Mutemberezi avuga ko kuba ibiciro ku masoko byamanuka cyangwa bikazamuka ari ibintu bisanzwe.

Ati “Ariko ikidasanzwe ni kuri urwo rugero, niba byarazamutse kuri 72% bishobora kumanuka kuri 72% cyangwa kuri 74%? byamanuka ari uko impamvu zituma bizamuka zaravuyeho. [….] ibiciro by’ibikomoka kuri peteroli byaramanutse ariko ntibyabujije ibiciro gukomeza kuzamuka.”

Yakomeje agaragaza igikwiye gutekerezwa, ati “Ahantu twashakira ikibazo ni imbere mu Gihugu, ni umusaruro mucye. Biragoye kuvuga ko mu mezi abiri uwo musaruro uzaba wiyongereye. Ibiciro n’ubwo byagabanuka; byagabanukaho ku rugero rutoya.”

Abahanga bavuga ko hakenewe ingamba zo kongera umusaruro w’ubuhinzi ku buryo waziba icyuho cy’ibikenerwa n’abaturarwanda.
